  • Cathay rules the airline apps!

    Cathay’s app is truly intuitive and can handle complex check in combinations. Thank you to everyone in the tech aspect of running Cathay. Tough times but your customers will stand by you if you continue to invest through these challenging times! Keep it up.
  • Upgraded

    Now that the app has had substantial upgrades it is effective. Like other i had the freeze issue but having got rid of the old app and loaded the new all is well/improved.
  • A very irritating travel app

    Every time the app updates you need to go online to the website to sign in again. It’s a travel app - if you don’t have signal when travelling then you’re stuck. Keeps signing you out for the smallest reason. It has improved over the years, but still can’t get the basics right making this a very irritating travel app.

    This may not be your normal revive but I’ve been flying with catholic Pacific for 12 years every year my first flight was when I was 3 Kaohsiung to Melbourne then I moved to Melbourne when I was 5 and I would always fly back and forth sometime I fly so much that I wonder wow I really do fly that much I think I’m going crazy

  • Wallet card suggestions

    Thanks for the update to let us add membership card to wallet. But that card is not stunning yet. 1. The Cathy Pacific and logo should be at the very up left corner and in bigger size, not “Marco Polo club” 2. Missing “OneWorld” logo. 3. It would be better to have a photo. (Refer Air China/China Southern/China Eastern membership card)

    Can’t even log in , try to log in but keyboard on that app goes funny

    Unable to sort an airline error. We were travelling together with booked seats months in advance. On the plane they sat us in different parts of plane and were unable to resolve it which was just a pain. Don’t fly with them.

  • More accessible

    The Cathay pacific api always connect out of the app, and I have been having changing my password every single time to login, which I don’t understand why the password system is quite weak. Need more faster and accessible without signing in every time when I open the apps. I also wish to have a Cathay pacific card in the passbook, so I could always pull out my membership card digitally without using the physical card.

  • Doesn’t work

    Hopeless won’t display booking using reference or e ticket number

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention and sorry the booking is not displaying in a timely manner. Following an investigation, we determined that there was a delay in the system that manages the “add booking” feature, which resulted in a delay in the booking appearing in the Mobile App. Under normal circumstances, the booking should appear in less than 24 hours. However, if the problem persists, please send us an email to mobileapp@cathaypacific.com along with a screenshot of the settings page in the app. We will follow up as soon as possible.
