  • Pls support Wallet for membership card!!

    Digital membership card is great but hidden deep in an app that is slow to launch and require (often unpredictable) re-login is not very useful. Pls follow other global airlines and hotels and simply make the membership card available within Wallet app in the iOS along w boarding passes! That is the natural home for any membership cards!

  • Cannot sign in from iPhone 7

    When I try and sign in the app passes me to the Cathay Pacific web site - which does not open!!!

  • Doesn’t show my booking

    You’d expect an airline the size of Cathay to get this right. I’m flying across the globe in business class but my app does not show my booking. Unacceptable in 2019.
  • Seems to work well

    Tried this out despite the poor reviews and it seems fine all my flights loaded and no crashes or bugs apparent.
  • Always failing

    They add features no one uses and then the basic features keeping failing. Wish they would focus more on this. Only works 50% of the time. Then I have to delete and reload in which takes more time than checking in
  • Everything seems fine except the log in process

    The app is easy to use and has a failure friendly and clear interface. However, why did the developer replace the old login method with this new one? The old one allows you to log in directly in the app (instead of being redirected to CX website) and allows faceID and touchID login(the new login measure does not support faceID or touchID). I hope to see the old login measure in future updates.

  • Barebones app and still no booking info

    Cons: The app designs feels like a webpage, it won’t load my booking information, and thereby I can’t load my flights in my Apple Wallet. Quite the disappointment Cathay Pacific.
  • Just joined and can’t login

    Just joined the Marco Polo Club on their website which is not a very user-friendly website; tried to download the app and not able to move pass the first screen to confirm my location/ language and an error message keeps popping up “Updates are being carried out, so please try again”.
  • Check in process still bad

    Even though my passport info is saved...the app frustratingly asks me to put in my country of resident every single time. This is frustrating as passengers don’t move their country of residences that often!

    But also, the prompt is very unclear when it is asking me for this! There is no highlight or note that says that this is the field that needs to be filled in. You just see many input fields for other passport info but no prompt to help you provide the info that’s missing. Terrible UX

  • Still needs to be improved

    Though new version is a lot better than the previous one in terms of booking management page, there is still a long way to go to make it practical. The most struggling issue is that when I hit view profile, it always pops up that cannot complete my request, so does applying lounge pass to my trip. As a frequent flyer of Cathay, I still look forward to a new update where these bugs can be fixed.
