Very beautiful place ,nice ,clean and friendly.
Very good food and the restaurant very nice ,staff is very professional and friendly.
Kids friendly place only thing I didn’t like is the stairs from the room was dangerous for my little one 2Y and 6 months and this are the family room unfortunately,the upstairs room with bed is very dangerous for kids who love to look down….i was really stressed with 2 kids who love to go up and down to the stairs and look down all the time 🥹,in rest is very beautiful place where I love to come back if I can get a room with 2 beds for family not 2 rooms .

experience with booking a flight
If your looking to have the most stressful booking experience you have come to the right place. I booked a flight and they said I would receive a confirmation in 24 hours. I waited a very long time. It became suspicious to me as I had not received any email nor did the booking show up on my app. It was like I never booked however the money was taken. I called the customer service in which I had to access by DM their Instagram given that they didn’t have any help centre. I called them and they were no help at all. Gave me an earache, everytime I called a new agent would tell me something different about the booking. One would say I need to be patient, one said my booking failed because of the bank and one blamed the airline. I didn’t know what to do, I explained multiple times that I needed to book the flight urgently however they refused to help. SCAM. I DONT meant it in a rude way as I have booked from them before but after this time I will never ever book from them. After a whole week of me contacting the bank and talking I finally received my refund which meant if I never even spoke to the bank I would have never got a refund in the first place. Honestly was ridiculous, defo off better booking from the airline directly as this was terrible.

Customer Service is trash and they charge insane fees!
I booked a trip to Kentucky and I paid $175 for my room. I got there the hotel had no running hot water due to storm and I was not informed before hand nor my my arrival. Then there was a security issue with the hotel with them just giving out room keys! I spoke with the front desk clerk who said I had to go through booking for a refund. Contacted booking and it took them days to respond back to be then when they did they said they couldn’t help me, then said they were unable to contact the property. So after a week I contacted the property myself and spoke to a manager who had no problem issuing a refund and that they were never contacted by booking!!! I also received a $120 fee for international phone charges from booking! Weird because I never called their international line!! Come to find out when you can’t reach a US person they automatically transfer internationally without telling you!!! I told them I spoke with the hotel and they never said anything!! They just gave me a $33 refund on the house to use with them!! I will never book with these people again. Customer service is trash! The people who work here have no idea what they are doing. Everytime I spoke with someone they told me something different from the last person and they lie!! Use Priceline!!! Do not use booking!!! It’s been over a month and I still can’t contact these folks!!

Golden Globe Villa at Cape Coral!!
Most Beautiful Stay at Cape Coral!!We stayed at this villa for 5 nights!!! A wonderful stay all around. House is in pristine condition. Looks exactly as pictured. Brigitte is the host, she is an excellent host. You can reach out to her and she will immediately answer and solve any issues you may have. There is a lot to do for fun in the house. Pool area is relaxing and fun with ceiling waterfall. There are kayaks available to use on back canal. Inside you can enjoy the pool table, sit down chess and all kinds of board games plus karaoke set and guitars. The house bathrooms have jetted options and great water pressure for a warm relaxing baths. Some of the Rooms and bathrooms have lighted electric fireplaces for romantic ambiance. If you are looking for a beach retreat this is the place!! We went to Bowmans beach in Sanibel which is a 40 minute drive from Villa . Excellent beach with bathroom facilities . The beach is famous for encountering dolphins fishing right next to you as you swim. Other Homes near the beaches are very expensive. We preferred staying at the Golden Globe villa which is much more equipped and fun and drive to beaches. It’s worth it. Publix and restaurants are available 15-20 minutes away. We will definitely consider returning to this villa for summer getaways.

Riad Dar Hamid, the kindness of strangers
I am sure that many of the Riyad’s in Marrakesh have a great breakfast and a wonderful restaurant and exquisite surroundings, which of course the Riyadh Dar Hamid had… but you’ll probably never get this kind of over the top concern and solution that my host offered me.
I had one of the most extraordinary stays of my life, actually miraculous. I was separated from one of my musical instruments by accident when a taxi driver accidentally took off with my instrument in the backseat while I was trying to help the porters load my stuff into the human pulled cart at the Medina gate.
Amine, the gentleman at the front desk, who I got to know rather well over my stay assured me that the taxi driver who picked me up from the train station had no intention of stealing my bag and not knowing where to find me, he would returned to the local police. So that evening Amine took me on the back of his motorcycle through the Medina and out the gate of the Medina through a vegetable market and to some distant place about 10 minutes away. He asked a few questions of drivers here and there pulled up into the small police outpost, we open the door, and there was my bag.

Perfect experience in Cambodia
Perfect getaway!! From Portugal, living in Australia and travelling the world. Decided to join my French girlfriend, on her trip to siem reap. Best decision I could do.
I can say on “The Elephant” I found a piece of paradise. The room was perfect, very modern, with a taste of Cambodia history, decorated with some very rustic arts (bringing the farm side of the elephants to the hotel), very clean, with view to the pool, with a cousy balcony outside. When someone ask me again, I have to say “The Elephant”-siem reap is one of my favourite places in the world, no doubt, really worthy. Not to forget, the staff is from other world, the kindness, always prepared to help and to provide us the best stay possible. My first 5 of 5 stars. Excellent!!
Special mention to: Chan, Sombo, Vireak, Somnang (Great Staff members)

Loved our stay
What an amazing stay at Elite! How can you beat sitting on our patio with our coffee first thing in the morning and seeing last thing at night those amazing Pyramids! That first glance is so awe inspiring and amazing. We felt we were leaving a dream!
Restaurant upstairs had fabulous food to go with the fabulous view, and absolutely beautiful service from all the staff 🫶🏼
Great location near the Gem, easy to get an Uber, mobile service station close by for bits and pieces and even had some hot food.
All the team at Elite were amazing, however an extra special shoutout to Zico who certainly goes above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble, from getting our washing done super quick to accompanying us to the shop. Thanks Zico x

Hut 64
We had originally booked this stay to join in with solstice celebrations at stonehenge but due to our not very forward planning we decided against it and chose to stay at the hut and to explore Salisbury. The hut is well maintained and in a lovely location, we had our own seated area, a fire pit if we chose to light it and if you want peace and relaxation I would highly recommend. The facilities were top notch, the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing watching the television. We ate outside in the evenings and enjoyed listening to and watching the birds. The hosts were very accommodating, giving you privacy but also giving you reassurance that if you needed anything or there was a problem that they were on hand. One of the highlights for us was meeting the hosts lovely dogs! They were very friendly and we were more than willing to fuss them! We will be booking again to return next year for the solstice again. This stay was totally what we needed in our busy lives with work and family we leave feeling relaxed and less stressed.

Didn’t want to leave!
We loved our stay. Unfortunately we needed to leave early due to an emergency but we’d definitely like to come back. The chalet is beautiful, exactly as pictured. The beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of extra blankets. The lounge room is so cosy with a fire place and gorgeous view. The kids loved the loft TV room. They were so looking forward to toasting marshmallow in the outdoor fire pit… next time. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Pre-arrival information was very helpful and check in was super easy. When we called the office for assistance we were helped out immediately. The resort itself is stunning and the facilities and activities are fantastic. It’s perfectly located with easy access to Perisher, threadbo and jindabyne. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Awesome Stay in Fort Lauderdale Florida
We had an awesome stay at the Best Western I-95. The hotel staff were all professional, always providing excellent customer service. When we check in, there was a problem with the pre-charges, which I paid before I arrived, showing a charge on my checking account, but not in their computer. Thanks to the General Mgr,Teji, who took care of the problem quickly the next day. The 3rd floor room that we were assigned had a broken refrigerator, and the TV had no cable signal. Naika, the front desk night clerk, quickly reassigned of to a better room on the 1st floor with no problems. The breakfast bar was excellent, and was kept fully stocked daily by Lina, the breakfast hostess. I would also like to recognize Mary, front desk day clerk for her smile, and great attitude in providing excellent customer service during our entire stay, truly they all work together as a team, providing customer service well beyond my expectations. This was my first time in Fort Lauderdale, and because of them , we will make this our hotel of choice every time we visit this great city in the future.
