Lovely family home
Had a 2 night stay at this property. The location is ideal being near the beach and Aldeburgh town centre. This is a beautiful family home, with everything you may need for your stay. The furniture could do with some updating but it is nevertheless well maintained. Contrary to other reviews, we did not mind the photos displayed of the family, it was rather nice to know who the house belonged to.
Couple of issues was the late check in at 4 pm which we found to be very late, most properties have a much earlier check in. We did not like stripping the bedding upon our departure, after all the cost of the cleaning etc is within the accommodation price and it really was not nice that we had to do that. The departure time is 10 am and exactly at 10 am the cleaning ladies showed up and made us feel that they were there to ensure we left on time. I understand that they have to prepare the property for the next guests but even in any hotels there is a 1/2 hour window to check out. Luckily we were ready but considering the next guests cannot check in until after 4 pm I think it is nice to give guests a few minutes extra. I have never experienced that.
But altogether we had a pleasant and a wonderful stay and will consider staying there again just it will be nice for the owners to see the above points.

Apartment was ok, despite the fact they didn’t give a complementary milk to start with, not a good start, no salt and pepper, no plug for the sink to wash dishes, and they state….. we must wash our own dishes, air bubbles not working for spa bath….. for the amount I paid was not worth it, I been to cheaper places and had better experience! Cleaners come through in the morning to replace all used shower towels which was good, never stocked the tea and coffee station and salt and pepper! Back yard area hadn’t been cleaned, leaves everywhere! And not to mention the broken frame hidden on top of pantry cupboard…. Which I hope they try not to blame me for! Surely I get some reimbursement?????

Great but .......
I have used this app for many years and many trips very successfully but have found this time that changing credit card details after booking but before the payment date is a nightmare. I have 21 properties on my upcoming trip and had to change the card details on each separate booking and on my Edit profile page several times and even then not all of the changes worked. I have also had three very long telephone conversations with the Booking Customer Service Team who tried their best to be helpful but I’m still not certain the payments will be taken from the correct card. So that is the reason you only have four stars instead of the five I would have given. The Booking app itself without this complication is very good and easy to use once a suitable property has been found but I agree with other reviews that it could have better filters to make searching for preferred options such as en suite, bed size, parking availability, free cancellation etc easier. But that could be asking too much! Also changing my card details appears to have deleted all my trip history and removed my Genius status which I’m not too happy about!

Luxurious apartment close to the Colosseum
What a magnificent place to stay. It is about 8-10 minutes walk from Colosseo Metro. Tucked away a street away from the Colosseum the perfect place to see Rome. The accommodation has two lovely balconies - one where we ate breakfast and the other smaller space with two comfortable sofas for a drink in the evening with the heat of the day over. The apartment is large and comfortable and as an artist I loved the original oil and other paintings on display. The two double bedrooms, separated by the shower en-suite are comfortable and the electric blinds keep it dark at night. My grandson had the comfortable sofa bed with en-suite in a room off the main living area. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you need to cook meals should you wish.
There is a Carrefour shop for any food items including freshly baked pizza and several restaurants in a 5 minute walk.
The wooden floors, the Turkish carpets and the baby grand piano says Rome in style. Marisol was helpful and the property felt like a friend’s home - one to which you would always want to return. Thank you for sharing your home with us .

The Quintessential Naoussa Luxury Stay
I wanted to make sure and leave a review after our 3 night stay last week at Lilly, located in the Naoussa area of Paros. I’ll confess, when reading reviews prior to booking, I was a bit perplexed on why the many references to a man named Chris. That is, until we checked in. But first, a review of the hotel. Its lovely. Our room had a small pool as many of the rooms, with also a view of the beautiful beach. Our room was normal size with shower only. Softer towels would have been nicer.. Now back to Chris, the manager. This man should be the ambassador for Paros. He’s a delight. He gets to know every single guest and shows a sincere interest in your well being. He makes sure everyone enjoys the complimentary and plentiful outdoor breakfast, as well as delicious evening appetizers and cocktails. If you choose to rent a car, he has it arranged with a local company in a matter of minutes. We drove around the island visiting beaches, and returned to find that our new friend was anxious to hear about our day. I mean, who does this?! A caveat: If you’ve never been to Paros before, the location of hotels may surprise you, as most hotels set a street back from the water. Paros is surrounded by beautiful beaches and in this way it’s more naturally beautiful. As we departed , Chris gave us a complimentary gift of Greek olive oil and vinegar. He also gave us much more that that: a memory of the beauty and generosity of Lilly residence hotel.

237 Bulwara rd Ultimo
Well I came to Sydney for the first time and I was so lucky to find the perfect spot for my first time here, the location is great nearby Supermarket, restaurants, train station and shops. Everything is walkable distance from here also the house is really charming at this super cute neighborhood called Ultimo it’s a safe area and the architecture around is really cute. The room was cozy and warm, the bed was so comfortable I had such a good sleep while my staying here. The host came over couple times to check if was everything alright he’s super nice. There’s a kitchen for you to use which is super helpful if you’re traveling on a lower budget. Overall no complaints about my experience at Ultimo Terrace homestay, I’ll definitely recommend to friends and family when they coming over to Sydney because it made my trip really special.

Lovely hotel and great location!
We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. The staff were so welcoming and very helpful. Shout out to Khou and Fabio for there warm smiles and for making us feel safe and comfortable. The breakfast staff were also very kind and the chefs did a fabulous job of making high quality food, there was a large selection of hot foods, pastry, fruits, Vietnamese and Pho. Considering the size of the restaurant there was a fairly decent amount of variety. The rooms are very small but I think that is common in Hanoi due to the property sizes and lack of space. Overall we loved our stay! Thanks again to all of the kind staff for recommending activities, restaurants and for making our trip in Hanoi one to remember.
