Utterly useless app
Can’t use it to check in for my flight or even see it. My upcoming flight does not show up and when I go to add it, an error shows up. The website is working fine and shows my upcoming trip. So what is the reason to offer an app, if you can’t use it??jidon mus
Non-functioning / Useless app
This is app is useless. You can’t find any flights. Can’t make any booking. It freezes, crashes. Simply useless. Awful!Oskars007

If it was less than one star, I will do it I have tried to book my flight. I try to use the app or the website nothing working. The app is frozen all the time and and the website doesn’t have my airport arrival.
I deleted the app mini times I tried with different phones, the same problemFettah 9
Worst app ever.
This is my first review for app that I’ve ever done, and it’s because it has to be the worst app that I’ve ever had to use, every update is worse then the previous one absolutely awful a useless app, everyone that’s working on developing this app should be fired.mrpro17
Can’t select departure city
Updated the app and now when I go to search for a flight I can’t select a departure city.Slokurt
One Big Error
Terribly unreliable. Constant error messages. Fails to retain booked flight info between logins. Impossible to change seats through the app. Messages stating not online or No internet connection when that is not accurate. Very rudimentary app design which provides no convenience.reve4RnR
Nothing works!
I updated the app but when I try to search for my departure airport of LIS, nothing comes up! I can’t even choose where I want to fly to without choosing where my trip starts. NOTHING WORKS.Rumbera Mayor
Poor poor poor
An almost useless app. It often fails to recognize links of names and frequent flyer numbers, fails to call up upcoming flights, fails to log in the user, and often spins away and does nothing. Plan to spend significant time on it if you’re stubborn about trying to use it.dochsinva
No online facility for this airline
It’s been days. Neither the website nor the app work. Utterly unusable no matter the browser or how many times I clear history, delete and reinstall app. The only hope is customer service phone where I have had 1 very helpful person who took care of booking.
