  • App was great until latest iOS update

    Please update the app to work with the current iOS 16.1.1
    Face sign in keeps spinning, I don’t have the finger scan access anymore with the newest phone, and I have to wait for it to stop scanning my face to enter in my info.
    I will continue to check for app updates. Please find someone with a newer iPhone and current iOS to see what we are talking about.

  • Please add an update!

    I’ve never had an issue with this app until the last couple months. Lately I can only get into the app about half the time. I have deleted/re-downloaded the app and turned my phone on/off and it never helps. I live out of state where there are no Alaska FCU’s and not being able to access my bank information is a huge problem. I don’t want to have to switch banks but that’s where I’m headed if I continue to not be able to access my account.

  • Updates

    I’m concerned about the infrequency of updates. The app hasn’t been updated for over a year, and iOS 16 is out and still no sign of an update. It still states Touch ID instead of Face ID when a device clearly does not have Touch ID. Right now there are interface issues where some menus don’t respond to touch(ie trying to transfer money). Not to mention accounts overall don’t offer 2SV. Alaska USA, please invest more in your app dev and security…..

    Dev response said to update app… I’m on iOS 16.1, and have the most recent version of the app, on an iPhone 14 Pro (Face ID) and the interface still says “Touch ID” when it isn’t relevant to my device. I stand by my review above: invest in more app development cycles, integrate security features, and use the beta software when released by smartphone manufacturers to do the dev work ahead of the iOS (or whatever OS) launch… I expect better from Alaska USA.

  • Transfers function not working

    Previously app was working great! However recently I’ve started having issues with making transfers. I tried to transfer from my savings to my checking using the app and it’s not working at all. I can only make transfers through a laptop/computer. Please fix the bug, and also perhaps make some updates on the app to make it more innovative and up to date. I love Alaska USA and I’d love to see some new features and a newer layout!

  • 11 months since the last update?

    Just a quick question for the developers. It's been 11 months since the last update. Since I've upgraded my iPhone iOS, I'm having issues with it not remembering to use biometrics. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but it seems like you would at least tweak it in 11 months?
  • Needs updating

    Haven’t been able to log in with Face ID on any device in over a week. Why no update? When was the last time this app had an update? Will there ever be a feature that allows you to search transactions or even see what transactions are pending? This is the only bank app that doesn’t provide this information. Very old and outdated.

  • Limited features

    Of all the banking apps this one seems to be lacking. Trying to pay my Visa card is so tedious bevy you can’t pay from your mobile device. The other financial institutions have a way we can pay our credit cards from other banking accounts in the same page. This one forced you to log in from the browser.

  • Multiple account frustration

    I have multiple accounts with Alaska. I cannot access each account without logging out of one and logging into the other. This is a pain and a waste of time. I have other bank accounts where this is not needed. Banking apps should be easy. The web site is the same. Need a way to log in and switch between accounts.

  • Forgetful

    I’ve entered the info on my phone a billion times an put my finger print and my Face ID and it still makes me login with the numbers and what not , sometimes it works but then it stops and I don’t understand why and it’s so annoying when I need to look at my account rq and I have to go find my card to enter it in , on my last phone it never did this !!!!!!

  • Consider transaction notifications

    I have multiple bank accounts and all share a common feature, they give notifications in real time about transactions the moment they occur. I would love to see that at some point. (:
