  • Touch ID....

    Touch ID stopped working a few weeks ago. It actually only worked for us for the first day or two after the update in January. I assumed it would be fixed quickly, but maybe nobody realizes it yet? We can’t get it to work on our phones or tablets anymore and all of them have up to date software.
    I like the app, though. It’s convenient and I love the layout.

  • Garbage App!!!

    Remote deposit option has been down for over a month. Not very convenient when you are working out of state and remote deposit is your only option. Was told by a customer service rep that an update would be coming out early last week. Spoiler alert....it didn’t happen. Come on Alaska USA...get your $#;+ together!!! I’m going to have to open an account with a local bank here just to be able to cash a paycheck!!!

  • Keyboard & Remote Deposit Bugs

    I just switched to Alaska USA. Once you log in with your User ID, the keyboard that pops up is bugged. It doesn’t show all the numbers and letters so you have to click to use the iPhone keyboard. When you open the app, the log-in screen should have User ID and Password on the same page and the iPhone keyboard should automatically pop up. Once I logged in, I wanted to deposit a check but it took a dozen tries because a screen kept popping up when it failed to take a picture. You have to close out the app and do it all over again and again and again... I don’t want to be mean, but this app is so clunky it makes me want to offer to make it better for you, but that’s not my job.

  • Great Update!

    I've been using the app for quite a few years now since I have my checking, savings, car loan (paid off), and my mortgage through AK FCU, and have never had any issues with it. But the latest update that enables "Touch ID" login is a wonderful addition. Thank you so much for letting me log-in with just one stroke of a fingerprint instead of going through the account and password screens.

  • UPDATED: Not a bad app

    With the latest update to support iOS 11 Touch ID was finally enabled!!! Yes!!! Oh wait, it’s broken. Please help fix this. I want my convenience back.

    Update: I got a direct email from the developer and noticed an update that corrected the problem. The app works great again with iOS. Thanks for fixing the Touch ID issues so quickly. Now to get bill pay under control and not have to go to the desktop to edit. Great work!
