  • Remote Deposit

    The app works fine, but I find it a little ridiculous that it can take up to five business days when you remote deposit for funds to be available. Other people I have talked to at different banks tell me their funds are available immediately when they do remote deposit.

    Almost makes me want to switch banks.

  • Very functional but needs access to alerts

    This is my primary access to my AKUSA accounts but I still have to go to the full site to read my alerts/messages. It would be awesome if you could add that functionality to this app.
  • Remote Deposit Doesnt Work

    The app works fine except for the remote deposit... ive tried to deposit a check for the last 5 days and every time theres an error and the app freezes or it asks me to retake the photos over and over and still doesnt work. Hope they fix it soon cause living away from a bank, this would be handy!
  • Sign in not working so well

    My face recognition is not working on my app anymore and is rather annoying. It will try over and over again to recognize my face and I finally have to hold my finger over the camera so I can enter my info manually. It has only started recently so hopefully it can get fixed soon.
  • No Notifications

    The app is very basic but it does what you need it to do. My only complaint is that there aren’t notifications. I would love if I was notified every time money from my card or account were spent, or if a payment was due. Every other banking service app has this feature and I would love to see it implemented.

  • Cycles on Face ID and won’t log in

    Everything works fine if I have the Face ID turned off and log in Manually but if I turn it on it just cycles. Validates face then gives the check mark but about 2 seconds later it just starts over and never progresses past the initial log in screen. My Face ID works on every other APP except this one even months after the problem first developed.

  • Works Great

    This app has worked great for me. No problems accessing account information. Remote deposits took a couple of days at first, now it’s never more than a day before they appear in my checking account.
  • Inability to pay my bills from a non-AK USA account

    I should be able to add a non-AK USA checking account to pay my bills much more easily than this process. I am given the option to add an account from outside AK USA, but in the midst of that is a link that takes me to a page which “quits responding.” It may be a glitch associated by using Apple IOS devices, but even in today’s age, that should not be a factor. If I enter a routing and account number in the fields to pay from another account, I should not have to go through three more websites in order to pay my bill. This is the most aggravating process encountered with a “professional” financial institution.

  • PLEASE fix remote deposit “can’t locate endorsement” malfunction

    My business uses a bank STAMP for endorsing checks yet there are constant errors with remote deposit “locating” the (crystal clear) endorsement. After a dozen or more tries, a new error message pops up that says “this service isn’t available at this time” which then won’t close and ends with the app frozen.
    I’ve explained this in person at an AlaskaUSA branch, but there’s been no fix— in fact no update to the app or it’s functions for a YEAR despite covid-19 and all the necessary remote banking??!!

  • Alaska USA banking application is good, but can be better.

    The app generally works fine and allows me to complete my banking tasks. However, after some past updates, typically something would not work, like facial login, etc.

    I really appreciate having the mobile app to complete activities, but really hope in the future that the app is tested throughly prior to release by the development team, thereby saving users frustration. Please! Thank you!
