  • Crashes...update...all fixed.

    After last update, all it does is crash. Updated my phone as well and still crashes. Removed and reinstalled the app and still crashes. Bad latest update for sure. Worked fine before. Please fix!

    Update...bugs were fixed and now back to normal. Even got a response from this feedback so much appreciated for that.

  • Lengthy approval time

    The app works fine. It's quite annoying it takes so long for remote deposits to be available though. AlaskaUSA claims the funds will be available within 1-5 days. They should just say 5 days. We have made 20 some remote deposits and have NEVER received the funds in less than 5 days. Once my husband called and it was approved over the phone sooner. Which I don't understand? Anyway, it doesn't matter how big or small the amount is,
    whether it's from a well-known entity such as the State of Alaska, whether we've received a check from the same entity in the past, what type of check it is, whether it's a money order. It doesn't matter. Five days. Just say it will take five days and stop claiming it will be less.

  • Unable to use Touch ID

    When I first got this app the Touch ID worked. But after some updates it stopped working. When I open the app, the finger scan part pops up, I scan my finger, but it just re-pop up again and then again. Not sure if anyone else has this problem... not very accessible for an easy in and out.
  • Needs To Upgrade or Improve the App

    This app is complicated to look for the summary of the purchase history. It does not give you the details right away. Also the font’s are fairly small to see! Having this feature is really really bad. They need to upgrade this in an easier way of navigating through the app. I also dislike yhe fact that they don’t have an app for the eZCard. I think having an app for that is better than going to a seperate tab when you’re on your browser.

  • App needs an update (2017?)

    It’s time to revamp this app and make it competitive with all the other banking apps. It seems very touchy, and today it’s down again. I can’t access bill pay, nor will the app let me log in. So I go the the website and that’s down too!

    I left another credit union for Alaska USA and wish Alaska would update their app. As another reviewer said, a vast majority of people do everyday things like banking on their phones now. Please update the app. Thank you for listening.

  • Question

    I have been a member since before you owned my credit union. I love the people etc, but why can’t you access pending transactions on an IPhone ? I know I have them & they don’t show until almost the day of & sometimes I just want to check to be sure I did a payment without being late. But it never shows & I have to go use my iPad. That seems ridiculous to me. More people use their phones these days for everything. Can’t you tweak things to show any transactions within a week before they’re going out? That’s my biggest complaint. And from the low reviews you’d think you’d improve things.

  • Horrible.

    Horrible buggy app. I live out of state, so my only choice is remote deposit. I have been trying for weeks to deposit a single check that is below the transaction amount and each time I hit submit I receive a message saying I have succeeded the $5000 daily limit. My check is less than $5000. I called ALASKA USA and their developers said they couldn’t find anything wrong. I deleted the app, reinstalled. I even downloaded the app on my spouse’s phone and attempted my deposit and I still got the same message. Terrible experience if you have no access to the physical bank.

  • Touch ID never works but otherwise a good app

    I was excited when Touch ID became a feature but it has yet to ever work on this app. I stay updated as new releases become available in hopes that it will eventually get fixed.

    Otherwise, I don’t really have any complaints about this one. I like that I’m able to see images of my checks and get a quick overview and a more detailed overview of my accounts.

    If the developer could fix the glitch that keeps Touch ID from ever functioning, that would be awesome. It’s the only app I have that doesn’t work in that department and login is otherwise very cumbersome on this one.

  • Works well. Not as good as big comercial bank apps though

    No immediate issues. Does what i need it too. Still lacks compared to most banking apps. The technology for Alaska USA has always been behind a couple years of that of other banking apps ( Chase , Wells Fargo etc )

    When will you start using Face ID for login ?
  • Very Impressed

    This app used to be a 2 star app, and within 1 year, became a 5 star app. Bravo to the programmers for diligently updating and adding features this past year.

    Before a year ago, this app didn’t support iOS 11 or 10, had no adaptive display for iPhone or iPad, had no support for Touch ID or Face ID. Then, within a year, they done an overhaul with how the app works and man, the results are amazing.

    Great job, again. Reliable app.
