  • The newest update ruined it

    This app used to be great for communication with my medical team, making appointments, paying my bill, etc. The newest update integrated Carolina Care pharmacy services into the app and has completely wrecked the medication management section.

    You are no longer able to message your provider directly about medication refills. The app sends you to the Medication section of the app immediately. But if your prescription has no refills, that medication is locked so that you cannot send the pharmacy a message asking them to contact the physician, either.

    The app instructs you to contact your pharmacy. The problem is that Atrium forces us to use our mail order pharmacy. So the pharmacy is suddenly bombarded with calls requesting refills, so the average wait time is >45 minutes.

    The whole process was ridged with no thought given to how refill requests to physician offices could be reasonably processed. Hopefully, it will be addressed before the staff at the pharmacy all quit in frustration.

  • Worst app ever I used for medical..

    Whenever I’m trying to schedule an appointment with specific provider , it says call the office to schedule . Sometimes even if the slot is available for specific provider and I do make the appointment the next minute I’ll get a call from office saying her appointment was not available. Also the app is not letting us to message our own providers since The navigation is hard to find that option . For the past few days I’m trying to schedule an appointment with specific provider, but the app is not even showing doctors names. It simply displays just the time and date and the doctors names are blank . Wish I’d attached the image of that but the review has no option to attach the image. Very frustrating whenever in need of an appointment.

  • Appointments added to calendar

    This past week I have not been able to post my appointments to my Google calendar. I try to update the settings but calendar is not an option any longer

  • Horrible app

    I tried to set this app up since Atrium has recently bought out my doctor’s office. It won’t let me register without answering a long series of questions about my finances which I clearly answered correctly. It told me I was wrong and then started a new list. It told me I was wrong again after asking me what my phone number was 30 years ago because I am sure we all remember that. It feels like the company is phishing for a lot of information, and I still can’t see my lab results.

  • Decent app

    Overall the app is pretty decent. It’s easy to navigate! However, is there not a way to see past test results/view trends, as you can on the actual website? Instead of going back to past visits, you should be able to click the most recent test result and have the option of viewing trends right there. Once clicking this option a graph should appear showing test results from a certain time frame.

  • Portrait view only for iPad…really?

    Can you please add to ability for landscape mode on iPad? My iPad is typically docked to keyboard, so I have to undock and rotate to use this app. Less than 1% of other apps are missing this functionality. Thank you in advance for fixing this oversight
  • A lot of good features but…..

    A lot of good features here but when adding an appt to calendar I think it would be easier if the app actually opened the iPhone calendar instead of bringing the option to add within the app for two reasons. 1) when inviting my wife to the calendar appt the atrium app could not pull her name as I was typing it. I had to hit the plus button and add though my contact list/phone book. 2) it seemed when the invite was sent to her to add it to her calendar it was extremely delayed where I had to text her to make sure she got them and they were just coming through as I was texting her.

  • Could be good, but…

    They have been on a “Journey” to merge their “Blue” (old) and “Green” (new) IT systems for a long time. Now the useful, Blue, side is orphaned and limited, and none of the data is in the Green side. Making the app useless for now.
  • Doesn’t work right

    I like the fact that I can schedule appointments, reschedule and cancel in some cases. However, I need to send a message to my doctor and it says I have none available to send messages to. How is that possible when I have multiple atrium doctors?
  • Atrocious Customer Service

    App is fine. Not exactly cutting edge or anything you can’t get from the website… will not even let me message my doctor anymore. Contact customer service and told “you don’t have an established relationship with him”. Even though he prescribes me medicine, asks me to send him numbers (via message) every other week and adjusts the medicine based on that. So now I get to spend an hour trying to get through to someone via phone so that they can just tell me “this would be easier if you used the app”.
