I am so delighted with my new hummingbird feeder attachment. I ordered it and received it within 24 hours. It is the perfect size and made very well of durable material that is sturdy for other birds to still feed from the feeder. It holds a very good amount of nectar 541 ml capacity. It is easy to use and clean and refill. I did a pre-set up and it is very easy to install. There are anti-any and anti-bee spout protectors. I am so excited to attract the hummingbirds when the seasons change as I live in an area that currently has snow.Show lessJScharte
Netvue Birdfy - IOS version crashes when manually recording video
Still pictures record and save fine but every time I try to to record video, it starts fine then crashes when I select stop. Video is not saved to device. Happens on iPad and iPhone devices and firmware is up do date. If they fix via the next firmware update, I will change my review. Otherwise, if recording is important to you and you are using IOS, consider buying a different brand of camera.Show lessiRich225
Does not pick people well at all!
I used to love Netview, but I noticed if I’m not on my cameras daily, I will never know who comes to my door at all! There been people at my house that if I wasn’t looking at it, I’ll never know they came into my house. I mean, like right into my house!! Never once picked them up! No a single picture of them in my notifications, NONE!
The night time is super blurry and cannot pic anything if street lights are on, only in complete darkness it may show a car or a person on the sidewalk here and there.Show lessPilimili0502
Birdfy Video Recording does not work
The record button on the app crashes it every time you stop a recording. Every single time. At first I thought it was a one off so I restarted the app, then my phone, then I deleted the app and redownloaded. I made sure it was up to date. Everything I could think of but still no luck. You can press record and it’s fine. But the second you press the button again to stop the app will crash. It’s a bummer because I bought this for birding in my back yard and the only way to capture a video of the birds is by doing a screen recording from the phone which is really not ideal. I’ve noticed a few other reviews saying the same. Please fix this Netvue team and I’ll gladly change my review.Show lesstfoley86
App frequently crashes
I love this birdfy feeder. The camera is great. BUT…the app is awful. I needed to change the Wi-Fi and whenever I attempted to click that button in settings it crashed. It also crashes EVERY time after taking a video on the app. I’ve resorted to taking screen recordings so I don’t have to use the video setting on the app which is ridiculous. Please fix these glitches and I will happily change my rating!Show lessJennyBlue2
Unreliable
When I first got the system about 3years ago it was great up until just recently. I was actually paying for playback service but was never able to use it. I finally just stop paying. Then every time I try to get a live view it says my internet is not working when it is working. I can get on probably about 20% of the time and the other 80% is a no go. Not sure if the problem is due to upgrades that were really downgrades. The system needs to be fixed for better reliability.Show lessDevinetee28
