  • Alway making payments late

    The app sometimes works sometimes it doesn’t so when I try to make a payment and the app is not working I received an error massage to try back later so life is busy and yeah I forget to comeback to make a payment
  • Meh

    Works to tell em my balance but never works so I can pay the bill. So I always have to call in due to some error on the app. Wish it worked so I can pay quick and easily. And now I can’t write a review because all the nick names are taken 😪
  • Payment Arrangements

    The App is convenient but the Delivery charges Are Outrageous‼️‼️ In regards to payment arrangements, you should be able to make more than one payment arrangement within a one year time span as long as the first arrangement was completed.... That policy needs to be changed☝🏽☝🏽☝🏽
  • Was able to pay twice for the same bill (stupid)

    I was able to pay a bill twice. The payment was accepted but the bill was not updated as paid.
  • Can’t see Activity tab info

    For the past few billing cycles, I have been unable to view anything under the Activity tab on the app. It is very frustrating when trying to edit or delete a payment. When will this be fixed?
  • Functional but confusing

    I use the app primarily for paying my bill, but that’s the part of it I like the least. The only confirmation my payment was accepted was a brief green check on the screen. When I looked at my activity, I couldn’t tell if my payment was submitted. I went to the payment area again, confirmed it for today’s date, but was then given an error message saying this was a duplicate payment. Unwieldy, to say the least.

  • So quick and easy. So convenient!

    Glad I just set up account on app to make it easier paying my bill. It’s so quick easy and convenient, took me less than a minute for whole set up and payment. I recommend this app for less hassle.
  • View my usage details

    This section used to show the consumption/cost for a specific day and also trend for the current billing cycle. I don’t see this anymore. Can see data only till May 28th. Has something changed in the latest version or is there a setting that I need to do to pull the data ?
  • Payment problems

    I am unable to utilize my checking account for the free payment. I have been back and forth with my bank and ComEd. Both say it’s the others issue. The only way I could pay was with a debit card attached to the checking (incurring the fee). Bank verified funds were present and said no attempt by ComEd was shown. ComEd app was a fail, and live phone rep ran the routing and checking to no avail. But the card with a fee worked. Came right away out of the same account. ?

  • Stop changing things

    Why am I not getting a confirmation number ... Why do you people always have to change the process, if it’s not broke, don’t fix it !! I don’t have time to waste on learning how to navigate yet another completely restructured Pymnt process !! And then you charge US a fee !!
