No way to update

I want to love this, but I have a new vet now and new pets —and there is no way to update the vet’s office so I get current health information like a rabies certificate. I checked help and the answer provided doesn’t exist as written. I’m a reasonably intelligent human being, but this is an unfortunate feature.

Best Vets ever!!

I’ve been going to the Gettysburg animal hospital for over 10 years now and always great people & pets you meet and the staff is awesome. Always feel like you’re welcome and never had a bad experience!! Great place , Great people !!! Love the veterinarians, always so sweet so nice and kind. Thank you !!

Frustrating

As a new user I find it frustrating that I cannot move past the Eula agreement page. No matter how many times I scroll and read each line. Any help would be appreciated

Doesn’t work

I’ve been trying to log in the last couple days but it keeps saying there’s no email and doesn’t even find the vet when searching. Not sure what happened but it doesn’t even let you log in anymore. Cause it can’t find you

Freezing up

Just downloaded this app. Got the email to verify my account. I clicked on the agreement then it freezes up and I can’t go pass this or even get out of it. I rebooted my iPhone, logged in, checked the box again on the agreement and it froze up again.
I can’t even use this app!!!!

Doesn’t work as advertised

App does not actually allow you to request appointments. Despite the tutorial popping up everytime I log in, the request appointment feature does not work on my app. They also ask me to refill my dogs medications, despite the fact that he has none currently. The app listed anesthesia drugs as current medications and asks me to refill.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback! The appointment request functionality can be turned off by your veterinarian. I recommend contacting them to let them know you value this feature. I have also logged a request with our team to investigate why the tour appears if the feature is not offered. Regarding your pet's medications, can you please email support@allydvm.com with more information? We sync these prescriptions from your veterinarian, but it sounds like we need to work with them to correct what you are seeing for your pet. Again, thank you for leaving feedback, and we look forward to working with you to resolve these issues.

Fine app

I like the app, I just wish I could request prescription refills through the app.
