  • Stopped working

    BCBSTN has stopped allowing me access to my account. “The user name or password is not recognized.” Ok, I’ll change it. Change successful. Try logging in again with new PW.“The user name or password is not recognized.” The same happens on app and website.

    So where does that leave us insureds? We have no insurance card because BCBS no longer provides them, and at the same time, no one can access their account to show proof of insurance at a doctor’s office or pharmacy. What’s going on at this place?!

  • Most frustrating App

    Very frustrating app. Every time I open the app, it sends me to the website and the website gives me dead end links.
    I was excited for the thought of getting to use this app, but will just delete it off my phone and just call to BCBS instead when I need help.

  • Can't even create an account

    Every time I try to create an account, I get stuck step 3 for no reason, I input all of my information and agreed to the terms of service (which had an error when I clicked it... so I couldn't even see what I was agreeing to) and when I hit continue, it turns grey, loads for a second, and does nothing. Unusable for me

  • It’s been 2 months APP STILL NOT WORKING

    I downloaded this app. I can open it up at the initial download but as soon as I get in the app & navigate back to the home screen, it locks up EVERY TIME & it won’t let you move out of the screen. I have to get out by opening another app & swiping up in order to get the app to close since the screen is frozen/locked up. I have deleted & reinstalled this app 3 different times and it still freezes/locks up. I would have thought over the period of a few months this would have been corrected but has not. Very dissatisfied & frustrated with it as it would be very beneficial to use for my healthcare.

  • BCBS APP HAS BEEN DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE FOR 2 MONTHS

    This is crazy, I can’t login online. I can’t login on the app. This app has been down for maintenance for months. When is it going to be fixed??? I’ve force quit the app, I’ve deleted the app and nothing will work. The devs that have produced this app are quite literally getting paid for absolutely nothing.

  • It’s ok

    Can no longer get the app to connect with Apple Wallet. Also, some of the estimate features do not work, especially for eye care.
  • It doesn’t work

    Every time I’ve used the app, it always says it is under maintenance. I downloaded it months ago and it has never once worked.
  • Awful

    When it’s actually up and running it barely works. Then you try and use the website instead because the app won’t do what you need it too and the website is just as bad. With the amount of money they take, you’d think they could provide at least some sort of usable resource

  • App down for maintenance for days

    I still haven’t received my Insurance card and don’t have access to the app as it has been down for maintenance for the past week, I’ve tried deleting the app, re-downloading and still no luck.

    I’m hoping for a better experience in the future, United Healthcare’s app was far more reliable and useful.

  • Cannot login

    Attempted multiple times over several days to login. Continue to get msg saying app is down for maintenance.
