Unable to add new card to apple wallet
Last years is expired and when I go to add my new one it wants to open the chic-fil-a app 🤔🤷♀️LNR1979
No Face ID

Chat Disconnections
I love the new app! It has a great user interface and the live chat helps stay up to date. When you switch apps, it disconnects the chat and you have to start again which is annoying when you are trying to get answers. The app desperately needs the background app refresh function on iOS. If there wasn’t that issue, it would be an 5 stars! Grateful for them investing in the development of the app and have faith this will be resolvedShow lessStuart Wooten
Unable to view ID card
Updated. Problems have spontaneously resolved. Thanks for reaching out and fixing the problem.
I am suddenly unable to view my ID card. I was able to do so last week now I am not. There is not a link or a button in the app to do so. Please fix ASAP please. Thank you. I will update my review once this major issue has been resolved.Show lessMEH1

The new version of this app makes viewing your benefit information convenient and easy. I love having a digital ID card accessible at any time and also being able to view my progress towards deductible and out of pocket amounts.seanutbutter

I was out of town and remembered about this app. Helped me when I needed care for my little one and was out of state. Great when you’re in a pinch.jcgauk
