  • VPN

When my VPN is on everything is slow down that I can’t read articles or new sites without long delays. And when I attempt to shut off VPN on my app phone because some sites block you if it’s on there’s a bug in the system that automatically keeps turning it back on even when you manually shut it off

  • First time on my phone

I just installed the application and it already found several breaches and I’m very glad to have it and I will continue to use it I’ve always had it on my laptop but now on my phone is great
  • Waste of money on pro

Paid for pro but couldn’t turn on web protection. Other features don’t work as expected either.
  • Terrible app

Purchased yesterday on the understanding if not statified refund possible if within 60 days. Installed on iPad not really what I was looking for so trying to activate the refund. Links to open a case don’t work as apparently don’t have a subscription even though invoice shows subscription details, trying to use account management page to cancel subscription, links open and then roll back to original support page. How can I process a refund?

  • Great Protection Easy to use.

I have tried the other security sites but found Avira to be user friendly and very reasonably priced.
  • Vpn doesn’t work, says to upgrade but I already did

Do not buy the upgrade to get the vpn. It won’t let you turn it on. It will say “traffic limit reached, must upgrade to turn on.” Then when you pay $30 and upgrade, it still never works, and tells you to upgrade again.
This is a scam and they won’t help you make it work. $30 down the drain.
  • Scam

I’ve paid for the pro version of this app, yet whenever I go to use the vpn after an amount of time I’m told that I’ve reached my free daily limit and then I receive prompts to upgrade to the pro version- which I have already paid for. Even when I try to purchase the pro version again it tells me I already have the subscription but the app won’t allow me to use it? Disappointing. Don’t waste your time and money on this one.

  • Some instructions not doable

Still installing but one of the main items for web protection says to activate web protection go to Settings, scroll to Safari, go to Content Blockers, Activate Web Protection.
Well there I cannot find anything that says “Content Blockers”. So I cannot complete the task.
    A bit disappointing.
  • Vikki’s

After a google rep’ hacker screwed up my phone my passwords and all my emails’ I needed extra security’ your never safe not even (from a employee from a corporation like Google) Really!! She was not from this country, she didn’t like Americans’ I just knew it “ what is she going to do with my pass words and information’ and my contacts? Where do I go to stop her or make her pay ? I lost a lot of money not having email for 6 days ‘ and now might be responsible for information of friends and family clients that she got a hold of!!

  • Avira Security / Avira Prime

I like Avira because it has options that I can control and gives me enough visibility in what is going on.
It is simple to operate for me because I am experienced. I am wishing for an option that allows incoming calls to be the ones only from my contacts list while the rest of the incoming calls from unregistered / non-contacts should go directly into message. This feature is generally called the white list option. I also wish for an immediate call block and spam reporting with a swipe on all incoming non-contact calls.
