  • Great App, But Needs Some Improvement

    This is a great app, but it's really frustrating when the app allows a user to login / authenticate only to display that an update is required, then the user must perform the update and then re-login / re-authenticate. The app needs to require the update BEFORE the user attempts to login / authenticate the first time.

  • Autopay terrible

    Worst app ever developed I use Apple to pay fir my Xfinity and never had such an issue as you guys have it’s ridiculous. Every time I either schedule a future payment or signed up fir autopay with Applepay it declines it so I have to babysit your billing system to not get a late fee charge because your incompetence in a reliable autopay system. Now you guys completely took away Apple Pay like what the heck from bad to worse way to go guys…

  • Inflexible / not based on customer needs

    This app is inflexible / not based on customer needs.
    It doesn’t give you restatement even after enrolling paperless billing.
    It shows previous balance as same as current balance as opposed to previous paid as zero and current as current.
    It rejected / declines Apple Pay and payment completes on Apple Pay if you call WM and talk to a person, which defeats the purpose of paying online.

    This company is by far the best ever. They are always accommodating and flexible as well as convenient for all my needs. Keep up the great service to all the employees and Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
  • Auto pay issues?

    Less buggy with notifications than it use to be. Autopay still seems to fail every now and then but not sure where the hang up is there, was just informed to make sure everything’s updated. Not sure why that would effect processing a payment.

    Should add features such as a way to upgrade services within app.

  • WM is Terrible

    Waste Management offers terrible customer service. I have had to pay extra to have them come back and pickup my trash because they didn’t dump it completely. When I call to ask for support, they defer to their camera system and say too bad. Waste Management is the new Comcast of customer support. If you have a choice, choose another provider.

  • Get started and login

    Mobile app works well…if you can ever make it past the login screen! Every time I try to log in it interrupts and goes back to the get started page.
    Sometimes while typing login, sometimes while typing password, sometimes when done and trying to enter. Resetting doesn’t help. I usually give up after 10 or so tries and try later. Sometimes works, sometimes not.

  • Excellent Rating

    Pick up always every day. 99% between 5:55-6:15am. I will miss my service when I move. I will definitely see if I can get waste management at my new location. Thank you!
  • Doesn’t do the most important thing

    It says you can report a missed pickup, which is what I am trying to do right now because I tried it on the phone and that labyrinthine process led me nowhere and it was slow getting there. It’s set up to make it impossible to get to a human. I went through all the trouble to download the app, link my account and I’ve been all through the app looking for a place to report a missed pickup and IT DOES NOT EXIST. The closest thing is the contact us page that just has a phone number that I had already called. Total “Waste” of time, same as the company. I’ve had far more trouble with my garbage pickup since they took over my local company. I wish they’d go away. I wish I could find an alternative but they buy them all. 😡

    This app is garbage as is their service is over priced garbage stay away from these grifters every time you turn around the price is going up but the service gets worse and your garbage sits for 2 weeks to be torn open by bears and raccoons 🦝 🐻
    They are quick to send the new bill notice but do you think we get a credit for missed pickups for weeks. Never🤬
