Useless

You need better developers. The app refuses to recognize my login credentials, but when I login on my computer or in a browser on my phone, I can login just fine. I’ve double checked to make sure my password and everything was correct and it is. Your app just refuses to accept my login information and I refuse to call and talk to someone so you need to have a chat or email option to reach out for help because no one has the time to call and talk to people for help on an app of all things nowadays.

Bait & Switch - don’t waste your time

The support is useless. Wrong place to go for any issues. They can’t solve anything and just transfer you to somewhere that no one picks up or responds. Just sit on hold blankly in purgatory.

The real issue, which caused my call is you get close to a reward they suddenly increase the amount of points to redeem it. Also, the programs you complete don’t always provide the points they claim to provide. You have to chase them down and usually they can’t find the proof you did it. System has no accountability so just screenshot your progress and when you complete stuff. Otherwise you get told “too bad”.

This app/program may be complete waste of time and even worse you spend a lot time to accrue points only to see them become unusable and in my case they just bait and switch the value for the time you spent to earn them.

Cumbersome and repetitive, crashes OFTEN

The app works some of the time. Messages are un-deletable and do not carry correct date and time. Most often messages will indicate they’re only minutes old, but I’ve seen that same message for WEEKS.

Surveys questions are not sufficient to correctly reflect my opinions. When able to answer “I do not know” on some questions, then after a few additional questions need to know the answer to the question, to which “I do not know” was an option, is indicative that multiple people are NOT reviewing the survey before publishing.

The ONLY REASON I participate in this app is because it is required by my insurance company in order to receive a discounted co-pay on prescriptions.

Newest release breaks app for Apple devices

Unfortunately, I cannot give a zero star rating, which is what this app deserves. This latest release has completely broken the app for Apple devices. Previously, I could, at least, delete the app and add it back to my phone…and then do a manual sync to get my steps to sync. Now, with this latest release, the app does not sync and the manual sync no longer works…the manual sync never completes…it just spins forever. Since Blue Cross is using this app to provide incentive “money”, they should drop this app and find a new vendor, as this app simply does not work.

Come On! Disappointed

I absolutely love the concept. But it’s not updating as it should. My activity does not update. I enjoy using the app because it keeps you motivated and I love earning the points due to the nice items you can receive. I’m constantly refreshing, deleting the app and adding it back. I am active everyday and it literally has days missing, even weeks and also it would be short on steps. I am in the gym 5 days a week my points are never received until I go to the gym, request for my attendance to submit to your company to get my points. The process is annoying. I pay my fee on time every month. I really would love for this to be looked into. Thanks!

Absolute hot garbage.

I’ve had this app for close to seven years. It’s complete trash. Always has been. It’s unstable, doesn’t reliably sync with the Health app, doesn’t sync to backfill missed fitness records despite its failure to maintain the syncing it’s supposed to do. The notifications are a joke. The pages load embarrassingly slow. And the list of silly shortcomings goes on. The app needs an absolute overhaul, backend and front end. There’s no way the business owners aren’t aware of it, and they aren’t investing in any semblance of meaningful fixes. And I’m confident the developers know how much digital duct tape is on this thing. Shameful.

Update-Bug Squashed!

Thankfully the issue I reported below has been fixed, and the app now allows me to manually log my BP and workouts.

The latest update has removed the ability to log progress check-ins which is where I would log my BP and physical activity. There is a card for it just like for fitness device use or program completion, but no “blue button” to actually enter. Please fix this, as I now have no access to my history or ability track.

Please fix the Apple Health connection…

I’ve been using this app for several years through my employer to get points for steps and other tracking. There’s been a lag in the past for my info from Apple to be pulled in but I knew this and would typically log in a few times a week to refresh and make sure everything was there. In the last couple of months though, I have tried refreshing DAILY and still can’t get my info to pull over consistently. I’ve used the “sync now” option within the general FAQ. I’ve pulled down on the fitness page to refresh there. I’ve stopped sharing info from Apple health and then reshared. I’ve had to start deleting this app altogether and reinstalling to get my data to sync up… not really ideal. Not having my points recognizes means I don’t get the bonus payout from my employer. So if I want that, I don’t have a choice but to go through all these steps to get this app to sync. Please fix it. I’ve read many other reviews with similar complaints.

Hello, Apple Health will only sync while you have the app open and running. Just so you know, it may take several minutes to do so. In the meantime, you can explore other app features, but please don't close the app or lock your phone. Downloading and reinstalling the app is a recommended troubleshooting step, but it shouldn't be necessary more than once.
