Can’t log in. Junk.
Signed up the website today and then tried the app. Other reviewers are correct that logging into this app using the same ID and pass simply doesn’t work. I thought it would be neat to sync the data from my Apple devices. Since the app doesn’t work I’m definitely not going to bother doing double entry on both my phone and their website. Horrible App
We use this through work to earn points for being active. What’s the point if the app can’t or won’t stay synced to your devices? It loses fitness history and has sync problems constantly. No telling how many points I’ve lost or didn’t get counted due to issues. Wish they would drop them and go with someone else.Show lessRC-94
Garbage. Never recognizes username/password
I’ve been using the website for over 3 years and when I had a Pebble watch running Misfit I could sync up just fine (iPhone 6 Plus). Since I switched to an Apple Watch (v2) I have not been able to log into the app and I cannot remotely connect my watch from the website. Super frustrating. I contacted customer support which just told me to reset my password. I’ve reset my password now 4 times and can login online PERFECTLY but cannot login to the app even using the new password that the website allows me in on! Garbage app.Show lessTheRizad
