  • Always Problems

    Despite all the “improvements,” every time I use this app something doesn’t work. Today I attempted to complete a health assessment, which involves some amount of work to take blood pressure and look up & enter test result numbers such as cholesterol, etc., and answering many questions. At 87% complete, I reached a page that requires acknowledgement that data could be shared with BCBS, but there was NO way to progress past this point, with the Next button greyed out and nothing else on screen to acknowledge, so had to exit and so it would seem that all info entered is now lost. But I can’t verify that because now the app can’t communicate with its server (“Something went wrong” error). Also, before starting on the health assessment I noticed that no daily data collection has occurred for over 2 months! The data is in Apple’s Health app, I don’t see why there’s no way to force a refresh from there to here. This is making me stressed. Best way to control that and be healthier is to stop trying to use this garbage app!

  • Can’t even set up an account

    My insurance changed on Jan. 1 and this app was recommended when I set up my insurance account online. I have tried multiple times to set up an account on the app but it does not recognize my insurance info. Very frustrating that the only times to call support are M-F when I don’t have a lot of time to fiddle around with this. From other reviews, I see that I will get an automated response...guess that means I’ll be sitting on hold when I call.

  • Continues to go down hill

    This app use to be great, but the latest updates are horrible. The changes to the programs basically made them impossible to utilize. The app also continuously logs you out, but there’s no way of knowing. I’ve had this app installed for 2 years, yet I have huge gaps (and loss of points) in daily tracking due to the logouts. Please fix your data mining app.

  • Glitchy

    Really glitchy, doesn’t always actually recognize when I record things. The interface isn’t super user friendly either. I only downloaded the app because I needed it to connect to my Fitbit, but I think it’s easier just to use the website.
  • Garbage

    I’m forced to use this app with my insurance plan. It’s slow and barely functions. Even though you earn points, don’t get excited. You’d have to use it everyday, and do every single thing possible for 4-8 years just to get cash in for anything worth value. I’ve been at it for over a year and can ALMOST cash in for a pair of Crocs. Pass

  • Useless

    Well that was a waste of time! Typical government low bid BS. Somebody got paid big I’m sure to create this useless app and then charge insurance companies triple to use it. “Here’s an incentive to be healthy” and then they don’t follow through on their end of the bargain. You’ve earned these points now you have to search high and low to find how to use them. You don’t get credit for your activity half the time either. “Always On” is conveniently “Always Off” so they don’t have to give you credit for your visits or exercise. I’m sure I get the “please contact us at this 800 number” and we will resolve your issue reply. No I’m not contacting you. Fix your app and do what is right by the consumer! Ratings are less than half for a reason!

  • Garbage

    You obviously sync using your device except there’s a software issue they’re aware of that won’t allow you to log in to actually earn points. In addition, the points for all the gym visits don’t actually log and I was asked to obtain the list of gym visits from my insurance so they can apply them. There’s no automation? What’s the point of this app??? I’ve accrued many points but miss out on even more due to their limitations. Pointless.

  • Hot Garbage

    This app is absolutely junk. The goal of the app is to track your fitness over time. I’ve had my iPhone XS Apple Health app connected to this app and if I don’t log into the app periodically, I do not receive my 55 points per day, even though the app shows the connection to Apple Health is active. AlwaysOn even reports the correct steps (most of the time). Regardless, I lose out on the points because the app is garbage. If I’m being tracked, I expect to derive a benefit in exchange.

  • What is WRONG

    This use to work great with my Fitbit, but every since I switch to an apple watch it does not sync correctly and now when I look at my activities the date is the same straight down the chart no matter what I set it to (e.g. daily, weekly or monthly)! I have even deleted the app and reloaded to see if that would help and it did not. 😔

  • Buggy

    1. Every few weeks it forgets my logon in information. I have to re-enter everything and set up a new PIN.
    2. Every time I switch away from the app, I have to re-logon when I return.
    3. I enabled Face-ID. The app has let me use it only once.
    4. It occasionally reads info from other apps. But usually not.
    5. About once a week, I can’t connect to the server. I just get the spinning progress wheel until it times out.

    Also, the app is so overloaded with features, it’s difficult to use. It was better before the upgrade.
