Worst app on my phone

This app locks me out more often than it lets me in. I know my passcode and my password, I log on daily (when it lets me),but I have to call someone every month to get my password reset because I’m locked out. Please fix the app so it won’t lock you out when you are giving the correct info. Orrr make an easy to use password reset that doesn’t force me to call a customer service agent every single time. No one ever picks up until I’ve called 8 times, they call you back at the most inconvenient times when they “hold your place in line”, and then don’t give you a direct line to call back so you have to go through all the crap again.
I hate that my employer uses this for incentive because this app is literally useless.

Stopped working when I upgraded phone

To be fair I had no issues until I upgraded my phone. Now, even though all of the settings say this app is communicating to my health app it hasn’t logged anything for 10 days. I walk every day and the stats are in my health app. Annoys me that I may not earn my full rewards this quarter due to the apo

I never write reviews. This app is horrible.

I am a software developer. This app is horrible. The UI is buggy. For some reason it says I am a woman and won’t let me change the gender to male. In addition to that there’s not easy way to track daily activities. Hard to believe you convinced my insurance company to use it. It’s too bad. I’m going to complain to them.

Fraudulent app doesn’t give you credit for activities

Even though I meet all the activity requirements for my Apple Watch and the iOS health app every day, the app doesn’t give me credit. So far this month i’ve only got credit for 18/24 days. Last month it stopped counting two weeks before the end of the month! That way the health care company doesn’t have to pay out.

Doesn’t record your steps

I have mine connected to my Apple Health app and Apple Watch but it doesn’t consistently import my data, only randomly. It’s super frustrating because I miss out on getting the daily points since the app won’t import them. I get one to two days credit, though I wear my watch and get steps every day.

New update

Loved this and would have given 5 ***** before .... Haven’t been able to get into this app for about 4-5 days or so now... I see there was an update 3 days ago...guess that’s not fixing the issue. This just opens and flashes then closes... of course I had one day left of some 2 week challenges to record progress on so those are failed ... good times there! Plus it’s just frustrating...I’d not had any issues with using this app and now it’s just a mess.

Please fix or quit with all the updates

I only started using this app due to my employer wanting us to...
I use my free/spare time to check in daily to account for everything that I do; (which I was doing for “me” any how, (without needing an app to make me accountable)...
With that, half the time, I find it wasteful because trying to find all the sections you have to go to check off = your updates should be making it easier/quicker for us who are hanging in there — showing the “team spirit”.
But, instead, your latest update only stalls/times you you out (no sooner you sign in)/and, you don’t get real answers from the life coach/helper/etc...
But, I’ll keep on struggling on for the team.

It’s ok

It refuses to sync Apple Health data consistently. I have to keep disabling and re-enabling access to get it to sync my steps. I don’t know why it does this? Manual syncing also doesn’t do anything from the FAQ section. How can I get this to sync properly?

Unreliable

I will be contacting my insurance company about the unreliability of this app. It constantly logs you out and does not track your activity. You literally have to manually sync your previous activity weekly. The developers know this because it is everyone’s complaint. All they do is say contact them instead of offering a solution to the problem publicly. People have been complaining and commenting about this for a year. Fix your apps automation or you will lose investors!
