  • The worst app I’ve ever used

    It is required to use this app as part of my health insurance program to build up points. It doesn’t load every other day, the updates from Health are not real time. You have to open the app every day and try to get it to sync in order to get your points. It is absolutely infuriating. I used the Virgin Pulse app prior to this. Rarely an issue. I miss it!

  • Constantly loading, never working

    I’m supposed to live a healthy, stress free life and this app is giving me an ulcer. I spend a lot of time on the app looking at a blue circle loading while I wait for the next screen. I got emails saying I have messages but it’s not until hours later that the app will show them available. I did the exercises and want to reward myself by logging the work but I can’t access the screen. This isn’t working out for me.

  • Complete crap. Don’t even download.

    The app won’t recognize my credentials or insurance information to log in. It wants you to call an 800# to fix it. Hard pass homies. At present I am required to log into the website daily to track everything I need to track and ensure my Fitbit is synced. So cumbersome, not worth it. And it seems the same issues persist year over year with next to no corrections

  • Stalls, doesn’t register work out in

    This app drives me crazy!! Half the time I can’t even get past the log in screen as I get the spinning blue wheel of death. Then I’ll be told the connect has timed out.

    I have completed the same assessment three times and a program twice, clicking buttons and filling in answers. Every single time I get to the finish mark, I get a timed out message (even if the screen has just advanced) and I do not receive any points and all the time I spent entering my information is lost.

    Honestly, this is such a great concept, but this app is trash. Please fix it.

  • Not awarding points for Apple health data

    I’ve had numerous problems with the app but the most recent is the most annoying. Going on day 13 that the app pulls in information from Apple heath but doesn’t actually award points for the data. Every 3,000 steps should equal 1 point and there have been numerous days now where the app shows Apple health step information well above 3,000 steps, but not a single point has been given. I’ve tried everything to reset the connection and nothing works. Something within the app is broken because the Apple health information is shown within the app, but the app is too broken to even recognize it to award points. Extremely disappointed in this below average app but unfortunately I’m stuck with it.

  • Terrible App

    It seems once a quarter it gives errors for logging in when you enter the correct information, and when FaceID is already set and in place with correct information.
  • Cannot even open

    And we are not off to a great start. Just downloaded and was able to open. However once I clicked accept to read data from Apple health it closes the app, and now the app will open but closes immediately. Have deleted and re-installed several time, before connecting to Apple health can log in and look around and that is about it. This is a waste of time

    Very good app always updates always making things better
  • One chimp, ten minutes

    If an infinite number of chimps with typewriters spend and infinite amount of time typing, one of them will eventually write Shakespeare. This app is about one chimp's worth for ten minutes.

    The app constantly loses its authentication and needs to have the password re-set. It uses cutesy language ("That's weird...") instead of conveying useful information. It offers texts to re-set the password, but never sends them. It can't verify an account even with subscriber and group number. I could go on and on.

    Unfortunately, the app is in the middle of getting credit of 55 points a day between Apple Health and Well On Target so every day the app is messed up has a real cost.

    Fix. The. App. or outsource it to someone who knows how to develop and test apps.

  • Worst app on my phone

    This app locks me out more often than it lets me in. I know my passcode and my password, I log on daily (when it lets me),but I have to call someone every month to get my password reset because I’m locked out. Please fix the app so it won’t lock you out when you are giving the correct info. Orrr make an easy to use password reset that doesn’t force me to call a customer service agent every single time. No one ever picks up until I’ve called 8 times, they call you back at the most inconvenient times when they “hold your place in line”, and then don’t give you a direct line to call back so you have to go through all the crap again.
    I hate that my employer uses this for incentive because this app is literally useless.
