Mostly pretty good
Except the automatic zoom on the map after you order is super annoying
Some cafes say they are closed even when they are open so there is a time zoning issues between different Indonesian cities.
Bali cafe opens at 8am but the app won't let me order at 8:55 because it thinks it's still 7:55 .. Obviously using Jakarta as the time sync not local time.Show lessUcupNZ
Must have for tourist in Bali
The app is excellent. It delivers a fair set price for a taxi ride. The freelance taxi drivers in Bali shamelessly overcharge bewildered tourists and this app will allow you to level the playing field. They are accustomed to preying on tourists and will constantly harry you. Just tell them you use Gojek and they will leave you alone.
It’s easy to order food or necessities to any destination. For example, if sunscreen has been forgotten, you can have it delivered to the beach.
I have used it for a week and it has become invaluable to me. I am still exploring the potential. It’s possible to buy tickets and do online money transfer. It’s a remarkable tool. Better than WeChat in China.
Any language barriers can be easily overcome with google translate. I recommend downloading the Indonesian dictionary in google translate to facilitate translation when you are in tight bandwidth situations.

Horrible support
I had to change my number recently which means I had to make a new Gojek account. When I went to make an account one already existed with a different name so I contacted support to see what was going on and they said it’s okay to use, then suddenly I got blocked from using the account all together when it’s my phone number connected to it??
They should really sort out a way to fix this because numbers are constantly being recycled and now I can’t even order a bike when I’m in need of one or make a new account because it keeps bringing me back to this useless blocked account. Not impressedShow less9;8592008485
Huge Safety concern needs to be addressed ASAP!
It is useful for those with no local Bank Card because you can pay for your food delivery in cash, to the driver. But my first order was a bit of a mess.
1. As soon as I ordered, the driver called me twice asking for the address of the restaurant, like this is my job. He sounded a bit upset that I wasn’t helpful.
2. Due to the location system, the address was set as our neighbor’s place. So to fix this error, I messaged him the correct address and waited for him in advance so he doesn’t deliver it to the incorrect address. When I saw the uniform, I called for him and he looked WAAAAAY older than his profile photo. The delivery guy then proceeded to tell me that the driver on the profile is his son. No apologies, no explanation and no care given. What the? Imagine how dangerous it would be to use their goCar service and being picked up by someone who is NOT on the driver profile.Show lessJunio.r

Support team is awful and slow. You can't get hold of driver immediately after realizing you left your personal item in the car. The process is tedious. Have to report to lost&found instead of the admin calling the driver immediately to inform him of left item in his car. Useless Customer service
Changed numbers, but used same facebook account, my funds did not transfer. Had to call Gojek customer service and they sent email to confirm my identity. Sent everything gojek requested, nothing done. Why all Indonesian companies customer service the worst and no refunds? Bc they are poorly trained and only care about $. Worked for two trips
I had two trips that worked out great then the app stop working saying there was something wrong with my account and to call them. I’m a foreigner on vacation and can’t call them without absorbent fees. If you download just beware that may happen to you as well in that you’ll get a few trips then may have to resort to grab or whatever else they use in Bali.Show lessNomorecrap8
Absolute Rubbish for food orders
Lots of drivers in Seminyak just to deliver 3 pizzas. Tried different days, different times and different locations. Never anyone available. It’s rubbishfjffjdndndodndnssmskxnd
Can’t alter order
It’s a good app but I don’t like the new changes. I use to be able to change the order for example: McDonalds you can not change the order if you order a meal you can not get it a la cart now if you want say just a burger no meal. But other than that it’s good.qhdjir
Improve the menus of fast food restaurants
Some restaurants don’t have the entire menu on the app which is quiet frustrating. I’d rather have the entire menu with an order minimum than having to order Paket with every burger I want.
Other than that’s very practical and well designed app.
I also suggest that you include all services /into/ the app so they can be ordered from the Gojek straight away instead of taking you to another app.Show lessdarji bee
