  • Easy to use app , good service

    My only frustration with the Gogek app is that it will constantly change my home address . Each time I enter my address and postcode and it brings up my address , I then click on this as pick up location and then it reverts to the house next door . Very annoying !

  • Life saver

    Gojek is the best! It’s improving as well, I really like that now you have a few seconds to cancel the order just in case you got something wrong!
  • Halal Filter does not exist?!

    Indonesia is literally the worlds biggest Muslim country!!! And it’s top food delivery app doesn’t have a halal filter??? What!! Please add a halal filter Gojek!!! Whenever you want to discover new restaurants you always have to look through the menu to see if there is pork,lard,etc sometimes it is not even written so you have to google it!!! Please add some sort of halal filter that shows only halal restaurants!!! I’m so surprised this doesn’t exist!! We are LITERALLY in the worlds BIGGEST MUSLIM COUNTRY!

  • The app has become so laggy

    Since the past however many months, the app has become very laggy. There are so many things on the homepage I don't care about; I never scroll down. Please fix the lag or enable an option to make the homepage as clean and empty as possible.
  • Auto order bug

    The app suddenly auto order with cash payment while I switched back to gojek app after top up go pay with banking app and I CAN’T CANCEL THE ORDER, I use go pay because I don’t have enough cash, that’s why I top up gopay, but after switching back to gojek app the app suddenly order the gofood, call the customer center, not be able to cancel the order as well, what kind of system that doesn’t have function to CANCEL THE ORDER??! Very bad experience

  • Just a feedback for the app experience

    This app is good, however the UI needs improvement. Navigation between services are confusing.

    It would be nice for every services used and delivered, a receipt is sent to email or can be viewed in app and have an option to save in our device.

    I hope the app development team noticed this issue and update the app.

  • one of the worst customer service i’ve ever seen

    had a couple problem on using the app, and contacted the customer service several times. The first few were rough the person helping was just rude and not helpful, and this happen more often than not. The final straw was when i submitted a ticket about one thing and suddenly it got closed with a solution about a different problem. When i tried to reopen it the ticket get closed instantly and stating the problem has been solved, which it has not. And the reopening process happened several times after that im just dont with gojek, terrible services, confusing interface, a boatload amount of promotion which is just annoying. Even the “benefits” are not beneficial at all. Grab “tiers” give more “benefits” which actually rewards you for using Grab more often rather than gojek incentive of just cashback and “benefits”. Once again as time passes gojek just get worse and worse on all fronts its trash app rework and do better screening on your employees.

  • A big no.

    Haven’t had anything nice to say about this app. Wouldn’t be using this app if it didn't have the local shop i often buy from. App is terrible to navigate about. Delivery fee through the roof. Can’t cancel order from the app either which makes you spend a bit extra to call up the restaurant to cancel orders then tell all 6 different drivers you’d like the order cancel. Had my eyes glued to the phone to make sure no one went to pick up the canceled order for hours, so to speak.
    Customer service did absolutely nothing to help- and just left you wondering what to do with the order you have on your app that you want to cancel. To conclude this, i’ve deleted the app and will not be coming back. Good riddance.

  • Too many promo notifications! Where’s your support center or contacts?

    Just gonna write it here because help center in the app is just a bunch of FAQs that doesn’t apply to my situation.

    There are too many promo notifications everyday. I want to turn them off without turning off the important ones like when the driver has arrived.

  • Couple of things to improve. 1-Allocate nearby drivers please; 2-do not pop up rating for drivers.

    I'm using it in Vietnam. It once allocated me a driver from where my destination is....Unless there are heaps of drivers around otherwise the app will allocate drivers from far far away. If there is no driver around you don't have to allocate one immediately. In this regard Grab is much better even GoViet was a bit better.

    The second thing is about the auto poping up of rating for drivers. The star buttons are at the exact same places as 'GoBike' and 'GoCar' it pops up 3 seconds after we launch the APP. It means when I choose 'GoBike' I may accidentally gave my previous driver a 1 star....It is not a reasonalbe design. Please remove the pop up function but make it a drop down notification or move the job order functions to the top. Please do not overlap.
