Disappointing Customer Service and support
Apps is great if everything works as designed. Sometimes there are times u want to change delivery address for gofood and thats not possible. I also tried gomart and when my item was not available nobody tolf me like in happyfresh. Really need to make great improvement to make ur anak sultan level happy. A Complete Service – at work
Depending where you live, you may be unlucky enough not to be able to use GoJek services. Where I live, not all services are available. But, I do get the basics: GoFood, GoCar, GoRide, the parcel delivery services and GoPay, as well. Not forgetting the internet of things, GoJek works! What are the dynamics between the pencil pushers and service drivers? Plus, we see the GoPay tips listed in our app history receipts but is omitted in the email receipt statement. Account blocked before even riding once, support is useless. Just stick with Grab
I signed up for a Gojek account after arriving in Singapore, but didn’t have a permanent phone number yet (waiting for FIN card to get a local one), so used a Google phone number. Everything was setup, confirmation email, text, linked credit card and all.
Go to book a ride and says my account is blocked contact support. Contact support who says because I used a virtual number, my account is suspended and the decision is final. Never even rode once, or had a chance to explain or remedy the situation. Terrible customer service and have no intention of recommending this app to anyone.Show lessCalebthegamer
BAD APP DESIGN. MANY BUGS. EXPENSIVE SHIP
Seriously so many bugs and uncomfortable user exp. should have done more testing before launching this app. Did you check your address editing bar? It keeps saying address already added which make no fk sense as I am editing it. Also requires all fields to be input before I can confirm the address which is unessesary, why do i need both landmarks and location details? Can be just one field common!!! Also for Vietnam market shipping fee is hilarious, you will never be able to compete with Grab and Baemin with this performanceShow lessKailusermore

Can’t top up, worthless customer service
App worked fine for awhile but then a couple of weeks ago attempts to place an order started to fail with a “there’s a problem, we’re fixing it” message. After repeated attempts to work through customer service I’ve given up. They suggested such things enabling cellular data (already enabled and working fine) or going to an Alfamart to send them money. None of these solve the problem and they clearly have no interest in actually fixing the app so that it does the basic thing it was designed to do.Show lessCetacea913
Unnecessary verifying
Have been using this apps since open beta and it will in development,the graphic and layout it’s pretty interesting comparing to other delivery apps ,but the latest update has to verify with your own ID card even it request customer to take a selfie just to using a food delivery apps ,that’s very ridiculous and unnecessary those are private information.Show lessJerryapples
