  • Was fine. Then the UX got demolished and switching to Grab - the app experiments a bit too much.

    I order food with GoJek. It’s been wonderful. They are reinventing things weekly which is usually fine, but today changed the platform where I can’t search for a food product, and then filter restaurants based on ratings and proximity etc. This is basic functionality now missing and completely illogical. What have you guys done holy cow. Please revert.

  • A scam

    I have my bank account in to pay my rides, and then they take away all the the promotions and vouchers stating that my account is sketchy evenwhen I only used it once and always pay upfront with my bank account.
    If you think my account is sketchy pls remove my detail and bank account, stop taking money from it.
    I call customer service no one know what to do anything and you cannot contact directly the department who in charge. When ask why my account is sketchy they use the same copy paste format not even try to resolve the problem.

  • Make our lives easier

    Go app is consider as one of the best app i have on my phone and this literally the meaning of making our life easier. Everything is in the palm of your hand.
  • Must have if visiting Bali

    Fantastic app for transport and food delivery while in Bali.
  • Wrongfully charged many times

    We are in bali for only a week and have used Gojek twice and both times we were charged more than we should.
    Firstly, I tried to change the payment method from cash to card, it was having a issue saying to try again, I kept trying after my ride, there was no money left on my bank account because I was charged EIGHT times on top of paying by cash to the driver!
    Then again, tried to change payment method, same error and same thing happened. Charged by card and had to pay by cash.
    We are leaving Bali in 2 days and are running short on money now because of this!!! How can this even happen!!!??? Dodgy!!!

  • Appalling Customer Service

    I had two issues with a single restaurant underdelivering on both occasions. My food arrived cold, some dishes barely had anything so the portions were ridiculously small, and the driver arrived late by more than 30 minutes. When reporting these two issues to the Customer Service Agents, they gave me lip service and were quickly closing the tickets without resolving the matter nor compensating me. In addition to this, on the second occasion, their Customer Service Agents tried to compensate me with Rp 10,000 which is approximately £0.10. I found that absurd and showed a lack of seriousness when handling my complaints. Thus, this app deserves the absolute minimum rating.

  • Don’t use this app

    The drivers will not take you to Singapore airport so they pretend to drive around in circles and get lost so they can claim the cancelation fee. I had tow drivers in a row pull this trick before I had to call a taxi. I was standing in from if one of the largest hotels in downtown Singapore. This app is a joke. Don’t download or use this app, there are other better apps for ride shares, or just hail a taxi.

  • Need to be improved

    It is very useful yet out dated app.
    With complicated app I often made mistake,Imagine the driver and our elders using this app.
    When you ordered food or driver it’s hard to find the button that it says on process order.
    The booking that have been made or on going could be better on top rather than stupid adverstising.
    The worst part when the app couldn’t find the driver it still looking for the driver even thou I pushed the “x” sign as a result you ‘ll book 2 drivers you feel guilty for the rest of your life because need to cancel 1 of them. Seriously this app need to get it updated!

  • Garbage, use Grab

    First, we tried to connect four different credit/debit cards and none of them worked, so we could only pay cash. Then my account was immediately deactivated for no possible reason. Lastly, customer service was not able to help when we were stranded, and it took them over 24 hours to send an email saying this account could not be used, with no further explanation.
