    It is so refreshing to have a reliable, honest service with professional drivers! GoJek has made my life better by making so many services and things convenient
  • Good app, but bad Customer Service

    The app is great. The promo is sometimes good. I’ve been using the services for quite long time. But, when you got a problem. Then you will meet the bot.

    I got problem with gofood, for example my order is not complete. Then gojek would happily said Sorry, and will do better next time. And where’s the money that I overpaid? I have to go to twitter and scold them in DM to get money (for the some food that didn’t send to me) and took long time to get the money.

    As big company and the leader, Gojek need to do better in their CS dept.

  • Drivers always try to cheat clients

    Several times when I call a taxi drivers to require more money for a journey than application says. They even can come to the point of order and tell like they want to get more money and always it’s a number in few times more than by order in application. And if you disagree- driver can just go away in front of your face.
    This is ridiculous!
    Believe it’s completely not right way to work with people.

  • I really hate dirty tricks

    I installed and registered on the Gojek app with the only intention to check if their price for a ride to Hanoi Airport was better than that of Grab. It wasn’t. It was almost 20% higher. So far so good - it’s not a problem. I don’t like - I don’t order. So I closed the app. But in 30 seconds a notification came that the driver will arrive in 6 minutes. I immediately sent him a message not to come, I didn’t order… he told me to wait, he is coming soon. I don’t want to be unfair, so I looked how I can cancel - I couldn’t find it. Tried to contact Gojek - no chance about that too. Asked the driver to cancel - he insisted he will come very soon. In the end, after going through all possible menus, I found a cancellation button way down in the order description. A few screens down. For me after this experience this app is a scam. It generated an order that I didn’t make and made the cancellation as difficult as possible. And I’m sure that if I had a registered payment method, they would charge me too and at least fine me for cancelling after the driver that I never ordered had actually arrived. But because I didn’t have one, they had no other choice but tell me to come again soon. Which I hardly will do after that experience. BTW, the Gojek app looks like a clone of Grab - both as interface and colors. The only difference is Grab never generates an order you didn’t ask for. And at least in my case - has better fares.

  • Horrible support - Grab App is better

    App isn’t working, tells me to contact support. So I file a ticket, and they tell me that the app violates some terms of service. After reviewing all of the terms of service, I have not violated a single one. I re-open the help ticket after they prematurely closed it, letting them know that the ticket was not resolved and that I hadn’t violated any issues. They then close it again, but this time without any further explanation and setting the ticket so that I couldn’t reopen it, respond, or dispute the finding. Garbage app.

  • Love this App-The only original Indonesian

    As an American visitor I love GoJek because I’m happy to support the Indonesian local economy and because it’s truly the best. This app was created by locals, not imported, so the profits won’t go to other countries. Anyone complaining about language issues needs to learn a few simple words in Bahasa - no worries!

  • So happy

    I’m impressed on how fast the delivery is, but sometimes, it takes too much time to be delivered and the service charges and fee is too expensive, it is even more expensive than the coffee that I ordered!
  • “Something is not right”

    No matter what I do, even though my payment was already validated, gives a message that “something is not right” with my account. Prompts to call a number, but even when I call the number and follow the instructions for English, there are no English operators and no possibility to fix the issue. Still cannot use Gojek even after setting up the account nine months ago.

  • I'm starting to hate this app🤬🤬🤬

    you block me if I cancel taxis many times, however, you let taxis cancel us after waiting a long time for them and make us late for any appointment, if a taxi cannot reach the destination you must cancel it in less than a minute, it is disrespectful to have to cancel us after waiting 5, 10 and sometimes 15 minutes

  • Confusing

    Some time when I order a ride, I find your app confusing. You should make it clear and use the word (showing in capital) PICK UP on top & DESTINATION on bottom. I have made mistake twice and then i am charged extra :,(
