Order 3 Sandwiches
Got our order wrong, wrong size sandwich and place was not busy. No reason to not pay attention.
Not User Friendly
I've used this app twice and have been really frustrated. You have to click way too many times to sync up your account and order. Both times I ended up on their website instead to do my mobile order, and did not earn any points.
Clunky UI and Auto Tip
The UI is hard to navigate and I really don’t appreciate how it adds a tip without my consent that I have to remove.
This app is always broken

Togos is #1
First, I love Togo’s. Hands down the best simple sandwich shop with the best bread. Second, the staff is always very kind and friendly, Tnak you. Third, the app is intuitive and clear. It makes ordering last minute a breeze. The only issue I have with the app is the payment options; Apple Pay would be a great addition. I’m just saying :)

Auto Tip
Beware of the app’s automatic tip. That is really not appropriate to do that to your customers. It’s my decision to tip and shouldn’t be a function of the app. I never tip before a service is rendered. How does a customer even really know where the tip goes? When I remove the tip I’m left to wonder if that will result in a negative impact on my order….upset employee so they ruin my sandwich? I picked up a sandwich today with the intention of putting a cash tip in the jar but was treated rather poorly (was it because I removed the tip from the app?) so I left without giving any tip.

Love Togo’s
App is easy to use & photo’s of the menu items look legit .. only issue I had was that there wasn’t any pick 2 options 😕
Other than that I thank Togo’s for making the lunch rush easier to pick up my order & of course place my order in advance without calling in or going online & remember my card info by memory

App could be better
Sandwiches are great. The app needs improvement. There needs to be more options to customize. Like, extra pickles or lite Mayo. The app is fine if you want to order as is but is terrible if you want any kind of customization. I would also like to be able to order a fountain drink. I don’t like bottle soda and can never get a fountain drink. I travel a lot and order most of my food via apps. Not being able to get what I want and how I want it makes me order less from TOGO’S. I would order more often if I could customize and get drinks.

Great Service!
The service was great and fast! The sandwiches were built high and just like we imagined about those sandwiches from the past! Great job! So glad we have a Togos who know how to make sandwiches the right way! All other fast food can learn to not skimp out on their food ! Looks like Togos from now on!

No Cheese
Just picked up first order through app from Rancho Cordova Sunrise store. Ready on time and all good except one hot pastrami did not have the add on provolone which was very disappointing. This is a reason I don’t appreciate the automatic tip on the app as well. There is no way to check the sandwich quality unless you’re in the store watching them made. Not sure I’ll use this app again as I really prefer Togo’s quality to all the other sandwich options.
