can’t get points if you use app
Great food as always however, if you purchase through the app because they don’t answer the phone….you won’t be able to (check in) get points on your order.

Good except can’t select cheddar
I have had a great experience when ordering for pick-up at my local store (Lake Forest,CA). However, the only issue I have run into is that if you order let’s say a #3 Turkey and cheddar. When making your selections cheddar is not an option under the cheese area of the order - just Swiss, Provolone and Pepper Jack . Which in theory would be fine since the sandwich is stated to be a turkey and cheddar sandwich which would lead one to believe that cheddar is assumed. However, because there is also not an option to choose “no cheese” if you don’t select one the 3 cheeses listed (none of them being cheddar) then the employee doesn’t put any cheese on the sandwich. So, there either needs to be an option to select cheddar with the other cheese selections and/or an option to select no cheese. Thanks for reading.

Disappointed with customer service
As always the sandwiches are very good. My favorite sandwich makers. However, this location (Carmichael,CA) has messed up four times on four separate occasions, all on line orders. Once, they said they didn’t receive the order, Twice, they were out of Pastrami (the majority of my order) and were running really late if I wanted to order another item. Third, they didn’t have the bread for two of my sandwiches and they didn’t even call me and let me know. Four, I ordered and pick up time was an half hour (not an issue) , but when I got there they were just starting to make the sandwiches and it would be a few more minutes ( 15 minutes as it would turn out ). Not a I’m sorry for the wait or offer to compensate or anything. This is the last time I order from this location. I will go to the Togo’s store on Greenback Ln. in Citrus Heights who have never let me down!!

App is Easy
I wish other fast food restaurants’ apps were as easy to use as Togo’s. The ease of navigation from choosing a sandwich to drinks, then eventually to paying for the order is second to none. While others’ apps are also easy to use, I can’t think of another app that’s this easy.
Annoying
I like the ability to order on the app, but the most annoying part is it always defaults to pick up, the option for pick-up/delivery is in small print at the very end and there is no confirmation reminder to check it. You better remember to check the option or you’ll never get your food delivered. I have done this numerous times. The most recent time I remembered to select delivery before I submitted but then my order is canceled because they were out of a menu item. I had to place a new order and since I have already lost an hour to the first order I am in a hurry and forget to select delivery the second time an hour later I’m wondering where my food is and find out I didn’t select delivery. So three hours later I get my food. Crazy makes me not want Togos.

Great app, don’t appreciate automatic tip
I’ve been using this app for a long time to pre-order and then pick up and it’s a huge timesaver. I don’t however appreciate the recent change where it’s automatically add in a tip on every order. I don’t mind tipping and I often do, but I want it to either prompt me to tip or just leave out unless I choose to add it. If sandwich makers are that reliant on tips, you should just raise your hourly wage.

Sad sandwiches
We just picked up our order and all the sandwiches were put together so sloppy
On one of sandwiches the cheese was not even in the sandwich it was just smashed in the wrapper. The guy literally took no care in making our sandwiches. He also went and answered the phone with the gloves on that he was making our sandwiches with and then came back and started making our sandwiches. I had to ask the manager to have him change his gloves. When you pay 10 bucks for a sandwich you expect it to be put together correctly :(

Swindled
I was at a baseball tournament out of the area. We decided to order Togo’s in between games of double header. I placed an order of what I thought was the closet Togo’s and the order would take 45 minutes. Wifi was spotty and I had to try at least 3 times to order. Within minutes of ordering, I saw a closer Togo’s and they would take only 15 minutes. I called the number on the location -Folsom, CA to cancel. I gave them my confirmation number and told them I wanted to cancel. It was too far and the wait was too long. The guy said he could not find my order. There was nothing placed. I asked him to confirm and he said there is no order for you here it didn’t go through. Low and behold I was charged $24 for something I never received at the Folsom Togo’s. They said they couldn’t refund. I have proof that I went and purchased at a closer Togo’s to my location. Swindled!

Always a GoTo
I’ve been going to ToGo’s since I was a kid. It’s always been a GoTo when it’s too hot or I’m just not in the mood to cook. There for a while they were too corporate and the food took a hard turn for the worst! But in the last couple of years they finally heard their customers and changed their ways and their food has bounced back in many ways. I still miss the taco salad and wish that they would bring it back. Same with the really old school meatball sandwiches…where the meatballs were as big as your fists, not these disgusting processed meatballs that you find in the grocery freezer section.
But I have a great place to go to for that.

Perfect Always in HB
I order from the HB location and am so stoked every time!
They even give a coupon for 20% off every so often. My sandwich is always correct and they pile on the meat! Love that they offer black olives now and in the app I can see when my sandwich is on the way (delivery) or ready if I’m picking up.
I’m very satisfied with TOGO’s and wish they had more locations. The app is easy to use and has all the options you need to make your order perfect without any hassle
Now I must order another RB because I’m hungry just writing this review
