  • Unprofessional

    I am a healthcare worker on a busy COVID unit, out of town. I called in advance to ensure that I could receive treatment for a suspected UTI, and was assured that it is a common complaint and frequently treated through their telehealth app. After enrolling, scheduling and appointment, and paying 100 dollars, I received a call from the nurse for the physician who stated that the doctor is unwilling to treat me and my appointment was automatically canceled. The nurse did not inquire as to my symptoms or ask for any elaboration, I simply was denied treatment. The nurse then stated that I could speak with a representative who could issue a refund, but was hung up on. I currently am on hold for 10 minutes and 9 seconds, to attempt to get my money back. This company is dishonest and unwilling to help. If the physician had such great concern that she is unwilling to prescribe a broad spectrum antibiotic to prevent the further spread of infection, until I can get back to town, she is putting me at greater risk by no treatment at all. I do not have time, I just worked 14 hours and have to be back at work again, I simply needed treatment to buy some time until I can see my family doctor in 3 days. I implore you, do not trust this company, it is a bait and switch. I will be making a full report to the better business bureau

  • Spectacular

    Wow I can’t believe my first experience with PlushCare. I had a serious skin infection and they were fantastic. The initial app setup was easy and the doctor was right on time with our virtual appointment and very caring. The prescription he prescribed was sent to my pharmacy 5 minutes later and I am on the mend and grateful. And by the way the cost was very reasonable and actually much cheaper than any walk in clinic. PlushCare really made it easy and economical and it’s a great feeling to know they are within reach whenever I need them. That’s more than I can say about any other doctor I’ve had. Thank you PlushCare.

  • I know my body

    I called my regular doctor and said I know what I have can you please call in a prescription? Spoke to the nurse and was told I had to come in to have tests. The nature of what I’m feeling is a normal occurrence and I’ve had one before. I am having some pain and need to stay near a bathroom so the idea of going to visit a doctor, be tested and then wait for the pharmacy all while being afraid something I can’t control would happen during that time away from my house was very unappealing and unnecessary. The doctor asked me questions, read my history and not only had the prescriptions to my pharmacy in about five minutes but trusted me to know what I’m talking about. This is a non life threatening situation and we all do need to see a physician sometimes but I didn’t. How refreshing!

  • Wow

    So grateful this service exists. Its so convenient and my doctor was so professional and made me feel as though he wanted this to be an open communication type of relationship where he would make sure I would feel good with my SSRI and not just push things on me because he wanted to. That it would be a type of trial and error to help me to feel better. I’ve been feeling so down lately, filled with stress and anxiety and feeling depressed with the health issues I have had going on for the last year. I feel hopeful again that things may get better. I see why this app has such high ratings- I was skeptical at first but after having my first video appointment, I completely understand and am sooo thankful I didn’t have to schedule an appointment that was only available two or three weeks out to see a psychiatrist and get the help I need. I signed up tonight and I was able to get a video appointment with a psych in an hour. SO THANKFUL thank you thank you thank you!!!

  • Surprised by the invaluable benefits!

    I was contacted by then when an irregular heart rhythm was detected via my Fitbit! It asked if I was interested in being part of a cardiac study. I sent them my medical information and a virtual appointment was set up for me.
    The doctor that contacted me was very through, asking the appropriate quest regarding my medical issues. He asked if I was willing to wear an e-patch that would monitor my heart rhythms for a week.
    I heard from after They evaluated the results and I had another virtual appointment and the results gone over. These results will be sent to my physician!
    As an RN, I was very impressed with the level of care I was given and the interaction with the Physician. And there was no charge for a very expensive study. Thanks to all, for a valuable experience!

  • Convenient and effective

    I recently had some skin rash. I’ve been hesitant to see a doctor for months because it’s difficult to make appointments to fit my busy schedule. Also, I don’t like to visit a doctor’s office physically and wait there for hours (especially during a pandemic). One day, my skin was getting bad and I tried Plus Care. It was so easy to make online appointments and find a time that fits my schedule. The Doctor was nice and professional; the prescription was ready for pickup at my local pharmacy 15 mins after the appointment. My condition is getting much better after a couple days. I only wish the insurance would cover the monthly membership fees.

  • Great app, amazing care

    I was able to book an appointment within 15 minutes. My doctor was on time, very professional and was able to diagnose/ treat quickly. The prescriptions I needed were called in right away. My pharmacy was closed until 10 and I needed my meds right away so when I called to change to a different one, my call was answered quickly and the change was made right away. Kelcey was kind and efficient. This app was so helpful during a time in which non- emergent medical care isn’t a priority or easily accessible. I highly recommend this service for anyone who needs immediate care!

  • Awesome experience every time!

    My family and I have used Plush Care since 2018. Getting an appointment is FAST..usually within the hour. And since COVID they’ve lengthened the time frame they offer appointments....I recently booked a 9:45pm appointment and had antibiotics by 10:30pm. That would never happen at urgent care. You can sit on your couch, in your pajamas, and talk to a doctor. At some point in life, you just know what you need because you’ve had the same thing before ..you know the symptoms...we get pretty good at diagnosing ourselves with certain things....and this is where Plush Care is invaluable. No more germ-laden waiting rooms where you may catch something far worse!

  • Great, Quality Guaranteed Alternative!

    This was my first time using an online Doctor. She was so welcoming and it was as if she had been my personal doctor forever. She was patient and asked me questions that a doctor would ask in a normal office visit. I do have a regular family doctor, but they were booked and I wanted to be seen for a chronic sinus infection flare up before I left out of town for my wedding anniversary. This was a wonderful experience that was immediately booked as soon as I created my account. Thank you for your kind professionalism as well as creating an atmosphere to properly resolve my health concerns. I am going to personally recommend my own mother to request this doctor for any of her future minor health situations.

  • Bad service, couldn’t get ahold of doctor.

    My doctor had gotten on the video and there was a poor connection at first, so she hung up and called my phone and it went directly to VM for some reason. She left a message to call her back at the PlushCare number. I tried for an hour with no help from anyone. I also stayed on the video call simultaneously, hoping she’d hop back on, but she didn’t. I then went to the messaging area in the app and messaged about the situation. They told me to reschedule in the app, a couple days after the fact. There was no reschedule option so I asked customer service where it was, several times, and no response. I then asked for a refund after a few more days, and no response. Only good experience was canceling my membership and getting the appointment refunded once I finally got ahold of someone on the phone. She processed it straight away with no seller’s tactics.
