Like it, wish there were a few minor tweaks
I feel like I should start with saying that I only use this with the Petkit litter box so know that I’m only reacting to that. The app is alright, pretty easy to use and looks nice. I wish it didn’t have a home page for all its other things and would just automatically open to my one device, but for people who have multiple things it’s good for them. Part of this review comes from the fact that when the litter box runs at night it wakes me up. There is an interval setting for it not to run, but it can only be set to up to two hours from the time you set it. My cat always uses the box around 4-5 am. Because of this, I’m having to remember to turn it off before I go to bed, which is annoying but also easy. I would like it if the app allowed for me to set a time period where it wouldn’t run based on clock time (say from 11 pm - 7 am) rather than only a two hour time limit from the time I set it.Show lesshardtoreviewbcofnickname
Automatic cat litter box
I absolutely love it , best decision I’ve made in a long time buying this … worth every penny .
I’ve struggled with the mess and smell of regular cat litter boxes especially with multiple cats . This makes life in a small apartment with two cats so much easier .savena

Mini Feeder stopped working
This morning the door stopped dispensing food. So cat is without food all day. Without warning. Can’t find how to fix it online and no FAQ on this. Helpkat.corleone
Good functionality, could be improved
For the PuraX, detailed history is only available for 24hrs. The log, which seems to have longer history, doesn't include details. Part of the app/PuraX advertisement is to help see trends in weight, use frequency, and duration--but without metric tracking, it would rely on us manually logging the info every 24hrs (not practical). I'm not super worried about it, so not going to hit it hard. The app and product itself are easy to set up and use.Show lessDraKenLy
No software support or info
The feeders are great. And the app is great, in theory but if you associate the pets or accidentally cancel the feeding option it’s impossible to undo. And there’s no information online anywhere. So I now have two feeders that don’t feed. And yes, I’ve deleted the pets, deleted the app but because it all links to the cloud nothing seems to reset it. And the only info online is how to buy. Life changing pet accessory

Very bad experience！Dont buy！
I got a PETKIT auto feeder, the door is not open properly after 1 year using. From yesterday the feeder is offline. I reset the feeder and reconnect it into my WiFi network and they say it is successfully connected, but it still shows offline on the App and you cannot remove the feeder from the list !Show lessAngrypetowner
Worst App I have ever encountered
This app simply does not work. I have found it impossible to connect my feeder to the app which in turn renders the automatic feeder useless. There is no other option to operate the feeder automatically other than through the app so if you cannot connect there is no way of setting up a feeding plan.
Absolute waste of money purchasing the feeder which was not cheap. I suggest avoiding the Petcare Fresh Element product and the associated PETKIT app at all costsShow lessML_3456
