About
Conicia is a step-by-step program for living well with OCD. You get a structured course, four quick tools for hard moments, and audio for every lesson, so you can listen instead of read.
Start free. The first lessons and two relief tools are yours to keep. Full access opens the complete course, every tool, and audio for each lesson.
Built by a psychiatrist who treats OCD. Use it on your own, or alongside the care you already have.
No streaks. No badges. No reassurance on tap.
THE COURSE
A structured course you move through at your own pace, from the ground up: how OCD works, the things OCD has you doing, building your ladder, sitting with maybe, and why a slip isn't a relapse. Short reading cards, then practice exercises where you write: mapping your triggers, building your ladder, telling a different story. Your saved answers stay with your account.
THE QUICK TOOLS
Four tools, each for a specific moment:
- Urge surfing, for when the urge is loud
- Unhook from a thought, to step back from it
- Caught in a loop, for when you can't stop going over it
- The exposure tool, to plan, practice, and log
THE AUDIO
Every lesson can be read aloud. Choose Reading, Read-along, or Audiobook, which plays and moves to the next card on its own. Hands-free. Download any lesson to listen offline.
YOUR WORK, SAVED
The exposure ladder, to plan your hierarchy and log what you practice. Notes, and your OCD check-in trend. Your entries are encrypted and sync across your devices.
ACCESS
The Limited Preview is free, and stays free: the first lessons and two relief tools, yours to keep. A membership opens the full course, every tool, and all audio.
PRIVACY
No ads. No third-party analytics. Your entries are encrypted and are never sold or shared for marketing. Lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID. You can delete your account from inside the app.
