Too many glitches, not worth the money

I really wanted this app to be good, I’ve never seen one targeted towards ROCD which is something I desperately needed guidance with. I started the free trial, immediate glitches, wouldn’t let me type or receive feedback. Any advice I did receive was very short and felt scripted.

It’s such a good idea, but needs a lot of development. Especially given the yearly fee! Your really need an app that is fully functioning to consider that price.

This massively missed the mark and shouldn’t be released for people with OCD if there are so many glitches. It has so much potential so please go back and retest the app :)

Really really good app

Not usually someone to write reviews, but I have found this app
To be incredibly helpful. I have ADHD and the fact that the daily exercises are so short and goal oriented has been really beneficial.
have only been using it for about 10 days but have found that I’ve already picked up tools that have benefited me and my partner

Steer Clear

Unfortunately I won’t be using the app at all and steering people away from it due to the lack of empathy in terms of refunds. Mistakes happen, and sometimes people need the $40 in their bank account rather than paid to an app they don’t have time to use. I would have given it 5 stars if I had gotten more understanding at minimum as to why I’m requesting a refund. But I’m just “not eligible” for a refund to them which is extremely frustrating especially in the state of the economy right now.

Doesn’t understand its audience

App lures you into talking about your biggest relationship anxieties. In detail. And before you can receive any help, it makes you subscribe

Give it a shot

Currently I am on day 1 of this app and already it has been so helpful. The feature where you can chat now honestly really helps to ground me. One of my biggest problems is when a “bad” thought pops into my head, I cannot see outside of it because I literally forget until it’s far too late and I realised I just spent the last few hours spiralling. Being able to use the chat feature not only helps me recognise quicker that I am having a bad thought, but it really helps prompt me to change the narrative. I am super pleased with the app so far. It also has a nice playful theme to it too with the Dojo.
