Mobile app doesn’t work
Constant issues loading the mobile app.
Horrible
This is incredibly cumbersome to set up, awkward for employees to use, and you will NEVER be able to cancel the subscription without endless messaging. DO NOT sign up for an annual subscription; you will never get out of it after you find it doesn’t work.
Not user friendly.
The classic was so much easier to get around. Many complaints from our staff not liking it.
Buggy at its most important task
Constantly loses receipts, maybe like 10% of what you take a photo of. Barely functions when signal is weak or off-line, which is just silly for an app targeted at travelers. Plus, the whole idea that you can’t just share a file to the app to have it create a receipt makes it so much harder to get any kind of alternative receipt in on mobile. On the go and want to finish your expense report, but need that file out of email? Screw you you have to save it to files and then use the awful file picker… the share button instead is somehow tied dubious messaging system that no one uses.

Immediately switched back to classic
Maybe the ai concierge works for others but it is really redundant and slow for me. Switched back to classic and very happy I was able to.
