Horrible customer service.
I’ve been with Go2Bank for a few years now and I genuinely do NOT recommend them. My card got cancelled so they claimed almost 3 weeks ago they sent a new one. The card tracker says they never sent it and it hasn’t even been printed yet. When I contact customer service through the chat they keep saying “just keep waiting for it.” I’ve been 3 weeks without access to my money and account now. When I try to call it will ONLY let me talk to someone IF I input my card number. HOW am I supposed to input my card number IF I DONT HAVE A CARD. Terrible customer service and poor business. Never again. Don’t do it. Just don’t.

My card was swiped for my entire balance and it’s taken over a week to get in contact with an agent
App has become almost unusable
I’ve been using this banking app for over 4 years now. The past few months it’s gotten to where I have to force close the app itself 3-4 times minimum to get it to open. On top of that whenever I try to go the credit card section on the app, it crashes and completely closes the app. I have to use the website to access my credit card account now. The app has become useless.
