How can you really relax..?
… when you have to go through 1 minute of a very stressful ad before and after breathing?? Besides, the beginner version 5 minutes 1:1:2 doesn’t work (after, of course, having to endure one of their noisy ad). It used to be much better. I hadn’t used it in a while but something’s definitely changed for the worst there.

J’utilise cette appli que j’a achetée despuis plusieurs année et j’en suis très satisfaite. Sauf que, depuis quelques semaines j’ai changé de téléphone pour une version plus récente et impossible de fermer l’appli après utilisation, je suis obligée de redémarrer mon téléphone… pourquoi n’y a t’il pas de mise à jour prévue?!??
