How can you really relax..?

… when you have to go through 1 minute of a very stressful ad before and after breathing?? Besides, the beginner version 5 minutes 1:1:2 doesn’t work (after, of course, having to endure one of their noisy ad). It used to be much better. I hadn’t used it in a while but something’s definitely changed for the worst there.

Ads make you stressed

There’s adverts before and after the breathing exercise completely defeating the object of stress relieving breathing!

Free version has jarring ads

Imagine you are fully relaxed because of this nice app and the slow breathing it encourages. Then right at the end you awaken from your deep meditation to a jarring loud ad. I understand the need for ads to support free versions of apps but to have one with a very loud audio at the end of a meditation is very annoying. I may have purchased the full app if it wasn’t for this. Deleted.

Terrible

First time using, seeking relaxation, an ADVERTISEMENT popped up and monopolized my screen. Not relaxing! Badly done.

So relaxing

I love this app so that’s why I’m giving you 5 stars.
