crashes when trying to join a visit
first, you have to make sure your phone is in light mode to be able to even see the text box to type in your credentials sign in.
once youβve passed the network and latency tests, the app either freezes or crashes completely upon trying to join the visit.
force closing, restarting your device, and reinstalling the app will not help. luckily i had a backup device that finally worked, but that simply isnβt an option for many people.
since they profit off of us paying to communicate with our incarcerated loved ones, at the very least they can make a competent app. would rate 0 stars if i could.

I canβt hear anything when my headphones are plugged in during the echo test please fix this problem this app could use major updates

App is absolute garbage. When I click on login, nothing happens. Like this has to be the worst app in history.
