the fields don’t even work. i have a signature box i can’t delete or assign and i can’t send the doc until it’s assigned (which it can’t do) which i realized after i built the whole thing.
App needs an update?
Every time I go to check the status of a viewed document it gives me the “we’ve hit an unexpected snag”…it’s been weeks like this.
Use to be great until they got greedy
Panda doc was $35 a month and i was able to utilize a lot of features now that I renew my subscription it wants me to pay $65 to use the same features I used to use under a $35 a month

Buggy and chunky mobile features. Tricked me to pay during free trial period.
I signed up with PandaDoc for a 14 day free trial. I needed a robust mobile invoicing and service agreement app. But during the trial, I couldn’t send a template I made (on their desktop) to myself or anyone. PandaDoc suggested the only way is to purchase their Business Plan for $65.00. I was suckered into it. I tested its desktop features which worked after I paid for the one month service. Then on the same day I tried making a document on the mobile app by utilizing the template I created earlier on the desktop, but nothing worked! All the fields froze up. I closed everything and tried it again but the program was so buggy that it was not responding at all. I knew I couldn’t rely on this app. I did research beforehand and learned that the mobile version using the web app worked better. I tried it there and found it to be too slow and chunky too. I immediately contacted Tech Support and told them I would like to cancel and would like a refund but they refused citing a master agreement, even though the reason I paid for the one month service was their suggestion because their free trial didn’t work! Tech support took very long to respond btw and was not much help at all. They wanted one year of subscription originally. I m so glad I only paid one month. Beware!

User Friendly
I have been using this app for a few years, and it has completely satisfied our needs.
Office Manager SCPH
System has worked well until this month, cannot place fields properly on the documents. Customer service states that no date can be given for the bug to be fixed, which leaves us with an unusable app.
Can’t move Fields
You can’t move the signature field to where it needs to be on the document.
Great so far until now
I have been using this app for years now and nothing but positive things to say, other than the fact that I just tried to generate a contract this morning and now cannot move the text fields to their corresponding locations. There seems to be a bug that needs to be fixed. Please continue to make this application great.

Can’t view the proposal
Often the app makes the quote blank and it’s impossible to review properly and then subsequently approve. Been like this for months now frustrating. There has been many updates but nothing seems to fix.
Garbage waste of time.
App constantly reports inbox notification for items and offers no solution to clear the notification.

Doesn’t handle zoom in well
This app is not ready for prime time and has limited features. Want to leave a comment to sender like you can in full browser? Not gonna Happen.
Need to zoom in to read small text on a page? Well too bad, it’s going to jump back multiple pages and freeze up so you can’t navigate the document at all.

Constant failure
I’d love if this app/program worked consistently. I’m constantly having to restart the app bc it either white screens and I can’t see my document or it “something went wrong “ when trying to create a document.
I use this to send contracts to my clients. I have three versions of contracts that are in my templates. It shouldn’t be this hard to just send a document to someone.
For what I pay a month on their service I’m highly disappointed.

I love PandaDoc but the app…
…is nearly useless. You can’t easily add fields to a document or auto fill a pdf with fields from the app. You can’t zoom in and scroll around on a document. The app is just full of bugs and it makes the service nearly impossible to use.
The app glitches
I love using the desktop version, but the app needs a lot of work. Constantly glitches while trying to make any changes to your pre existing template.

Loading speed is too low
I’ve been using this app more than one year and most of the time I have a hard time to load documents. loading speed is terrible and I don’t know why they don’t fix it. so if the loading speed won’t be good, it doesn’t make sense to use the app. If you’re planning to purchase a PandaDoc App don’t rely on the app just you could use the desktop version.

The app is blank 1/3 of screen making unusable
I imagine since apple update, this app has an issue where 1/3 of screen is blank. I tried removing and installing again and still no luck.
Horrible on mobile
If you only use it on the computer it’s great. if need to use it on mobile. It’s not functional at all.
No Office SSO
I use SSO for Office in the desktop version. That is not available in the app making it unusable for me.
