Bummed that older watches are now phased out
I first got this app when I got my new Apple Watch in 2020. I have been a paid subscriber and using it for the gentle haptic alarm nearly every work day since then. Last night the app was uninstalled from my watch while I slept, I missed my alarm, and after some research it appears my older watch model (series 5, still going strong!) is no longer supported because it can’t update to os11 and I cannot get the app back on there. Mainly just leaving this review in case anyone else ends up experiencing this and looks at reviews to try to figure out what’s going on with their watch/app!

Not fully accurate
Not easy to figure out either. The colors that are used to show you your sleep stages are too close in colors. I wonder why they have me asleep way longer than I was. Then why are the hours divided in half so that there are 3 times listed. I have been trying 3 and Pillow will be eliminated. It often shows disruption when I don’t believe is true. I know when I have slept like the dead, then when I have a long disruption, I sometimes get up for an hour so as not to just lay there stressing and that is not always registered. They say, can we get in touch, sure, but I haven’t seen it yet.
Test out 2 or 3 then decide, not just with results you want gpbut what is the most realistic.

Sleep achiever
I never thought I would be so concerned about getting a lower sleep score, but this app has really change the way I think about everything I do that will affect my sleep. It has made me much more conscious about timing exercise, naps and most of all what and when to eat and how much better I feel when the score is higher.
