Hey guys, I love this app and so far I didn’t have to pay for it and I’m so happy and it’ll ask you your medical condition if you like I don’t even ask you what hurts so they can like help you through that pain to do the splits, even though you’re hurting that spot

Took my money
I had a free subscription for about 3 days and it ended and it was already cancelled, I got money on my apple pay days later and somehow it renewed and i never got a notification i asked for a refund and they didn’t give it to me. I asked twice. Please be careful this app doesn’t give your money back.

Hi! Sorry you had this experience and thank you for writing us here. The free trial lasts for 7 days (we don't run 3-day trials) and we also notify for cancellations before it ends. We didn't specifically charge you afterwards, but your subscription was cancelled due to a billing error, meaning you were about to be charged but didn't have funds inside the account. If you add funds then you'd have to pay what you signed up for, in case, our annual subscription. We hope this explanation helps understand the case.
