Very good app doesn’t look like anyone can give this much of discount anywhere else but one problem is app interface is but confusing plz make your app ui look more clear

Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had
Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order and waited over 2 hours for my food. After the first hour, I tried calling both the delivery driver and customer support, but nobody answered.
After waiting another hour, I called customer support again. This time they picked up, only to tell me that they also couldn't reach the delivery driver and suggested that I call the restaurant myself to find out what was happening. At that point, I was doing the job that customer support should have been doing.
Eventually, after more than 2 hours of waiting with no updates, I had no choice but to cancel the order at 3:30 AM. I then checked another app and discovered that the restaurant had already closed. No food, no communication, no accountability.
I've been left hungry at 3:30 AM because of a complete failure in customer service and delivery management. This was one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had.
