Useless
Doesn’t work. Can’t set a time for pick up, feature exists but non-operative. Randomly reports no service available despite being in the station as service is arriving. Can’t rely on the app and thus the service is compromised

Tracker on the on demand bus said it was 7 minutes away and didn’t move for the 20 minutes I watched it, so either tracker was broken and it was doing the area or the bus wasn’t in use cause when I tried to cancel and rebook it was gone and I couldn’t book any others because “I already booked during this timeslot” and wouldn’t let me book anything, then 20 minutes later after I had to get a family member to pick me up, the app poped ip and it then said my bus had arrived for a route it wouldn’t let me book and booked it for me

Always having problems
I always have a problem with this app and now it’s not letting me use it at all, every address is not on the pickup or drop off zone despite it being so previously, can’t even go into Stocklands.
Very good
Very good driver well will courtesy. Will use the Service again.
