it’s only available in a specific zone around Brisbane, not available in Melbourne where I am. Didn’t see this info until I signed up and gave away my phone number name and email in order to use the app.
Not worth it
This service is terribly unreliable, I had a driver literally at my stop but it kept saying “we could not find a driver for you” and unless you’re going to where they’re also going, you can’t get on. Yet there’s countless older people who’ll just jump on.
LACKS NOTIFICATION
The old version will notify you of the pick up an hour prior but the new one doesn’t
Useless
Doesn’t work. Can’t set a time for pick up, feature exists but non-operative. Randomly reports no service available despite being in the station as service is arriving. Can’t rely on the app and thus the service is compromised
Great service
Fantastic driver will certainly use again
