This app makes no sense, ive set up everything i needed to, ive tried to purchase things but still wont work, the ai chat is no help at all and no one can tell me why my virtual card isn’t going through, even though I have balance in there.

Refund

After one of my items was refunded, I was never refunded on my card nor was my spending power increased. I am now out of $75 with another payment about to come out soon. No matter how many times I’ve called to rectified the situation I have never received my refund.
