No real problems. It took me months to get access to my account on line. Iโm not sure what the problem was but it has been taken care of. Now i just gave to figure out how to open my account with my finger print. As for the service they offer I canโt complain. Iโm very pleased with their services. Thank you Elan Financial.
Not my response (above), maybe my husbandโs. We have been with WesBanco several years and I personally have only good to say about it. The people are nice, helpful and all around easy to work with. The local bank is easy to deal with or talk to about a problem and Elan Financial is only a phone call away if I need extra help. Donโt change a thing WesBanco, itโs good just like it is. Thank you.

Works well
Iโve seen SOOO MUCH bad reviews and Iโve had this app since April but it seems to work good for me. It does the general like asking security questions, can see the transactions Iโve made and I can pay it easily in the app. The only downside I have is Iโm not able to see the credit score building but other than that, it works good to me.

Poor service
Iโve had my account with Heritage credit union for years and they even increase my limit and then supposedly said they sent a letter never received it and then waited till I paid almost $1600 on my limit to start paying my account down to completion and then reduced my credit limit after I paid a certain amount. So the credit that I paid back so that I could pay back the rest and have my full credit limit of 5000 instead they just took my money and then reduced my limit. Without any phone call without even reaching out no no information communicated and waited literally after I paid $1600 on my card, then reduced my limit

This is my main business credit card, itโs accepted everywhere, the online banking feature is easy to navigate and understand. Sleek and streamlined and I didnโt have to bumble around just trying to log in. Transactions so easily perused. Passwords so easily accessed. Face ID available. I havenโt made a payment through this app yet but if it goes as seamlessly as this morningโs check did I will give you five stars and raise you five stars more!! Now if you will dust take a payment and process it fast (like in 24 hours) you will be perfect! Thanks so much for this needed upgrade. Wonderful!

Elan App Provides Great Navigation
First and foremost, I believe this app to be secure. I like how I can use my biometric ID to login. I check the app daily for transactions and to know my balance. The app makes it easy for me to make a payment at a time that I choose, which is ahead of the due date. There is enough description with each transaction that I understand where I made the purchase and when I made the payment.
