Way better than it used to be
I got a credit card through my local bank so I could start building credit, and the card was through Elan. Honestly, I totally forgot what rewards the card had until the app was updated. Now it’s way easier to cash in my rewards!

It’s almost always good to see change in an application, especially when they result in better performance and ease of use. Thank you for making the app so much better than it was better. Face ID integration is good, but needs to work flawlessly after app updates. It’s still tricky to find the credit card info, which is always needed when calling into customers service. Please make this easier to find, but absolutely make sure Face ID is fully integrated as a second line of defense to help keep accounts and the viewing of credit card information secure.

The way is organized the phone application is awful
It is hard to do a payment because sometimes appear twice. The system sometimes accept the payments and sometimes is not charged. You have to verify if the payment is scheduled. Before was easier. The organization is terrible, before was better.
Other issue is that the closing date is every 28 of each month; however it seems that is now on every 1st of each month. No really is enjoyable this anymore, it is a pain in my neck!

Love this app!
When it changed to the current version I was confused for a moment. Once I looked through it I realized it is easier to use. It is quicker than before and now I really appreciate the newer version. Thanks for making it easier!
Great Credit Builder
Opened this over 10 years ago and still using it. Helped build credit and they have updated the online payment options and it’s super easy and user friendly.
Credit card app
I like it. It’s easiest convenient. I can look at all my purchases on my transactions. I can see if somebody did any transactions that are not mine. I’m able to contact someone if I needed to through. My app is very nice. The only difference that it is is the password changeor if it updates then you have to remember your password to put it in again when you’re doing a FaceTime entry other than that I think it’s a great great app. Thank you so much.

Do you know what you’re doing????
I’ve had to reset my password 3 times. Each time I tried your app said it was the wrong password or user ID. The app no longer works. Signing on takes me to your internet page. What was the purpose of Face ID if I have to type in my password on the internet side? I have to call customer service every time I try and use your app. Now on the internet side there’s no pull down windows to do anything and the blue links do absolutely nothing when trying to read a past statement. But you want to charge $5 for statements not out there.
I tried updating the app and absolutely nothing changed. This is really poor app development not to mention really bad customer service.
My password was so screwed up that even your customer service rep couldn’t reset it. I was given 2500 points for your screw up and they took those back claiming I made a purchase that was returned. That’s not true and the rep I spoke with in May couldn’t even do the simple math that if you give me points it has nothing to do with a purchase.
Forget trying to manage your account on either the internet or app. They really don’t know what they’re doing.

I rated it 2 stars because after i called and talked to the customer service for a limit increase it didnt work. I wish there is a notification to allow you when to actually is the right time to ask for an increase. My score went down a couple of points because someone told me it is okay however it was not
