Lowered my credit amount
Hello, sorry if I sound frustrated but a few months back my credit allowance was lowered from 10k to 7900. It threw off my credit score from over 700 to under 700. I’ve had the account for quite some time but have used it recently to cover funeral expenses for my son. I have never abused my card and have always made timely payments. I haven’t used it since and have been concentrating on paying it back Dow to a reasonable balance. I’ve never used that much on my card before nor I can’t see it happening again. But u never know. Spur of the moment things arise unexpectedly, as in this case, the funeral of my son. I was very glad I had this card at the time but I’m a bit disenchanted. What would be good is to be reinstated to my original credit amount, which was 10k. Thank You for letting me vent

I love the app that allows me to very quickly see charges, make payments with the push of a button and if I lose the card or see strange charges, I can freeze the card. In addition, I like the cash rewards program.

Please replace or fix your app. It’s very frustrating. I spend one hour a month trying to get back into your app. It won’t let you in. No other app on my phone as is difficult as yours. Thanks.

Very convenient!
I enjoy using the app to manage my credit cards. I have two Comerica credit cards and I’m able to access both very conveniently to view and make payments.
Reliable secure app
Very nice application, loads quickly with current update information. I use my credit card for daily purchases and make daily payments to maintain my budget. This app makes it very easy.
Great card and great service
This is one great card for me. The service is great because when someone tries to use it unlawfully the notification from the card company is automatically sent to you. The fraud charges are taken care of.
Much Improved App
The latest update to the Elan Credit Card app is way better to use than the previous version. With the older version I experienced freezing and failure to open numerous times. Had to restart my phone to get it to work. It was the only app that I had issues with. Since the updated version has launched I have not had any issues with it. Thanks!

Things are finally going well with this app. It was frustrating trying to navigate it just a few months earlier but whatever was done as an update was exactly what was needed.
Easy to manage
I absolutely love this app. The login process is great, your payment deposit post the next day. You are able to access one of your credit score, ask for a credit increase, update your information.
Efficient
Very easy to navigate, transactions are viewed with ease, most information is accessed intuitively. Security has never been an issue with this card. Highly recommended.
