Login in problem
Unable to login on app. Keeps asking to verify phone number. Phone number is already on file so should not be a issue. Can login every where else with no problem.

I’m not having any login “issues” like some of the other comments so this app has only been a huge improvement over the old one for me. I did have to re add my mobile phone for the security codes but that wasn’t a big deal. Visually the last layout was a bit clunky, this one seems definitely more modern and in line with my other financial apps I use.

By far the worst credit card app and service I have ever experienced not even close
It’s gotten better, but still has a way to go
For some reason, the app icon doesn’t switch on the iPadOS version of the app, instead of getting a black background it’s still white just tightly dimmer.
I don’t know why it’s limited to the iPadOS version, the iOS version doesn’t have this issue.

Sleek and streamlined and I didn’t have to bumble around just trying to log in. Transactions so easily perused. Passwords so easily accessed. Face ID available. I haven’t made a payment through this app yet but if it goes as seamlessly as this morning’s check did I will give you five stars and raise you five stars more!! Now if you will dust take a payment and process it fast (like in 24 hours) you will be perfect! Thanks so much for this needed upgrade. Wonderful!

Useless app
This is the worst app I have ever used and if I could give it zero stars, I would. I’ve been plunking along with it for years, dealing with the ridiculous inability to use FaceID even though it’s selected, having it not be able to remember by user name or password, not using my stored passwords properly, and asking me every single time to update my phone number. However, the newest version will not let me access the account without entering in a “valid mobile number.” It IS my cell phone number and has been for years so I have no idea what the problem is. No other company has a problem with this number. I no longer use this card because of the ridiculously of dealing with these issues and at this point, will just cancel the card. It has lousy benefits anyway compared to my other cards.

Why can’t you guys get it right again?
This app USED TO BE GREAT but the last two or so years have been extremely frustrating trying to use it! Whoever is in the software division needs immediate replacement! This app is HORRIBLE! After accessing your account once and going out of the app, once you go back in again it shows only a white screen. So you have to power off your phone in order to access your account again. EXTREMELY ANNOYING!! Then here lately it’s been asking to add an “authorized user”. I don’t want anyone else being able to access my account so stop asking me! Then, when you answer either “later” or even “add authorized user” to try and get past that screen it just sits there doing nothing but frustrating loyal, dedicated customers who will likely begin considering other banking options than Elan. What a waste of time, money and resources. You’re going to probably lose customers soon if you haven’t already. But it will be your own fault if and when it does. Look at your overall rating. That’s pathetic. If you even care enough to read these reviews. They tell you all you need to know. You need to get your act together because you’re not the only show in town. I don’t want to leave but now I’m starting to consider it. I’m reaching saturation. Enough is enough.

Questions
When I open the app I get the white screen. I delete the app and re-install to get it to work. This is pretty much the norm if I want to check my account. I stopped using this credit card as my main go to when I saw this issue happening. I now use my chase card. My thinking is if a company isn’t willing to invest in services that are beneficial to their clients then I cannot trust they will be in business for long term or that they have the proper protocols in place or the right people in their current positions therefore I’m not comfortable with any long term relationship with this type of company. I liken it to a home builder that I cannot trust to use long enough or strong enough nails to build my home. Who knows when it will fall apart. I’ll keep the card opened for now with a zero balance only to work in my favor as it works towards a higher credit score. Anything further doesn’t interest me to engage in a working client relationship.

Needs improvement
The app works pretty good if you can actually sign on. I have been reading reviews from a year ago stating the same issues that I am experiencing now. A lot of times when I try to open the app, it will only show me a white screen and will not allow me to log on. I have to reboot my device in order to get the sign on screen. However, once I am logged on, the app works fine. No issues after that. Elan, please! Fix this bug! it can be quite cumbersome to keep rebooting your device in order to use the app. For now, I am using the website until this bug gets fixed. Please don’t let another year go by without addressing the issue. Thanks!
