Can’t view dash cam replays without the app restarting
It only lets you save replays that are like 1 min longA fan that wants more fun
Improved but subscriptions fail
I actually have no problems with the app or device.
I do have a problem with the fact that something as simple as GPS tracking costs $8 a month. Seriously all these subs will be the failure of the company. Personally I am going to change because of this in the near future.

The app goes great with my new BlackVue installed at my local dealer. I was impressed how easy it was to connect to the cars mobile hotspot. No battery issues, probably because it was installed my pros. I read up on the privacy concerns, and by default all settings are private. The report by the cyber security researcher appears to me to be a red herring. The company makes available the option to go public, but they never once forced me to do so. Also there’s minimal notifications, so not sure what the other reviews are describing. But I think the app is well engineered along with their cameras.Show lessEdacyn

I have had this dash cam set up since December it’s flattened the car battery 4 times Even though I set it to turn off if to got under 12.8 volts that didn’t work. So went out brought a Dr 130 x battery for it, the battery last 13 to 14 hours from full charge now when I looked at it it says battery no connected to cloud you try to connect it and it say reconnect cloud or battery flat,no more GPS position anymore the amount of money I spent on this piece of junk since I brought one for my son as well I would be better to of just use my phone . I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL and others here in Australia are having same issues My cam is a D 970x lte 2 channel.Show lessBegaBogan
After update everything got chaos
I know this app was unpredictable. What I mean is sometime you can only see some video without disconnecting but majority it always disconnects when you try to live or view your previous record, recently I updated the latest firmware and all of sudden my GPS tracking stay in the same place and I cannot log in anymore, really disappointed and I only got this camera for one year and yet I have LTE module stuck with the account which I cannot even access due I’m still waiting for my forget password email. So frustrating. I really feel mad and sad why I brought this camera in the first place. I shouldn’t update the firmware.Show lessjoe288888
Terrible
What was once a easy to use app is now rubbish.
Bombarded with pop up “features” that open when attempting to view footage, continuing the audio behind the pop up without the ability to return to the saved footage and then once you exit and find your footage again it doesn’t play because it’s playing already.
Now with the removal of the saved videos feature, forcing you to save footage direct to your phones camera roll I have given up on it.Show lessIMS71G
Subscription Price is a con
Ok app is good but, when I tried to upgrade cloud to smart plan 1, it advertised the price USD but when I subscribed using App Store but I was charged in GBP. So $7.99 should have been £5.35 instead of £7.99????
Can someone have a look at the glitch (or could be intentional)???

I bought the dashcam and works good.
The only problem is that I wanted to buy another one for my wife’s car but I won’t because I wanna to add it to my account that I already paying for the cloud storage and lte connectivity… but there’s no way to do that because you can’t use the app in 2 phones at the same time, if you login in one phone the other one logs you out and you don’t get any notifications.
Please make it to work in more than one phone at the same time.Show lessmarcomrctavares
Terrible App & Worse Product
Terrible app for an even worse product. You can’t even use the app now without letting it access your location… why? What reason is there for the app to have to know my location in order for it to connect to the camera’s local wifi connection? From a technical standpoint this requirement is absolutely unnecessary, but they still require it (so they can harvest your data likely).
The app now also constantly nags you to give them more money for the products you already bought. No, I don’t want to subscribe to your crappy cloud service.
Don’t even get me started on the cameras, that constantly drain your car battery EVEN WITH the added Blackview battery installed. Stay far away from Blackview and their products.Show lessTheOnce&Eternal
The App needs to be upgraded!

It keeps disconnecting from the cloud very disappointing.
