  • New System

    It doesn’t allow me to pull up my previous conversations with my doctors. It doesn’t allow me to ask any type of question without having to make an appointment. I’m sure the doctors and surgeons are happy to connect with their patients in order for the patient to trust them. If I have to make a new appointment for one question every time, I’ll consider using a different healthcare system. Cyndy Schlin

  • Service awards and daisy award

    When staying in the hospital you should have an option to leave a service award or write a daisy nomination for the care team instead of scanning on the tv
  • Aarggh Total Change to App - Yuch

    NorthShore Connect has been my lifeline entering for years and now entering my 80’s as there are normal and concerning health issues. I’m very tech savy and was totally comfortable until the introduction of the new changed visual changed process.

    What you did was make everything ‘Verticle’ needing the user to scroll up and down. In the past every issue was on an instant open screen on logging in. We were “home” on thr Home Screen.

  • Must Have App

    I hate talking on the phone and this has every option I need for all my medical concerns like refilling pills or if I need to schedule an appointment with my doctor. And all the doctors I see are listed so all I do is tap the one needed and pick a time that’s available and it’s done. You can even just text them a concern or question and the nurses reply very quickly. It’s so easy and I’m glad something like this exists

  • Review of app

    I’m trying to message my doctors care team and none of their options for the visit are applicable to my situation. Now I’m going to have to call the main phone center and wait on hold for a long time and hope to see a doctor today. And now when trying to submit this review all the nicknames are taken

    Always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. And ALWAYS happy to help however they can.

  • No more Dr care

    While having the app is good for seeing past appointments & test results, I feel the doctors have slacked off. We r billed & insurance companies r billed for services that did not happen. Who ever is answering text the dr or staff r half answering questions or give u open ended replies that don’t answer question, the app is good for after care results but Doctor care has consistently dropped dramatically as if they don’t care anymore since having the app.

  • Difficult appointment scheduling on App or Web.

    Never had this problem before and have been using this app for years. Something has changed where making appointments with my existing doctors has become extremely difficult via the app or the web. Calling doesn’t help either because you have to hold forever.
  • Charge for using messenger to contact m doctor and his team.

    I like using Northshore connect but will be calling from now on since I am not sure if I will be charged for messaging my doctors team. Sorry but good bye
  • Scheduling

    Allows you to schedule appointments that when you show up, they say you can’t proceed with the appointment. My doctor hadnt placed the order in the system for bloodwork, yet I was still able to make the appointment. There’s not even a way to see if you have orders on NS Connect. Why waste everyones time? Don't allow people to schedule if they don't have an order in the system.
