NorthShore Connect
I am really glad the app works so well. I can keep track of appointments, tests, and bloodwork results in one place. It makes it easier to contact my dr if I have a question I forgot to ask during an appointment.BMW60031
Lack of response from medical team
I enjoy this app but the fact that it replaces actual communication from my medical team is a complete disappointment. And they don’t even reply or when they do it’s weeks later. What happened to real care? I’m so disappointed. I like it for everything else but it shouldn’t replace your doctors care!Show lesspatty swiatly
My Vaccination information
Northshore connect does not offer a means for me enter my vaccinations in my Northshore Connect health records. I have more than covid vaccine injections. My Northshore Doctors should be able to see these records whether they were administered by Northshore Staff or by a contract agreement linked pharmacy that Northshore has selected. We use Walgreens since they are close to our home and also have our important Rx records for prescriptions for 33 yrs, that were submitted by my Northshore Dr's & Nurses. Why can't we add our vaccinations when we get them. Also we noted that CVS is linked to NS Connect which is not our Pharmacy.Show lessberdbrain

This app is trash, the doctors are trash. The staff is trash
Just over all trash.
I have screwed up feet that have been killing me the doctor tells me to minimize movement if possible.
So I asked him for a doctors note for my job so I can work from my computer.
I asked for the note 1 day after my initial visit,
I’ve gotten responses from the health care team telling me my note has been submitted into the portal. However it never was.
It’s been 12 days now and the doctor is still dodging me, since my visit my foot pain has only worsened and is incredibly painful.
They know how painful it is because during my visit I told them.

Try Harder
The app is buggy and frustrating. It was clearly made by people who don’t need to use it because things are hard to find and when you do find something, you need to try three or four times to do whatever you’re trying to do because the app keeps crashing.nevarro

Great easy app to use, doctor and staff are very helpful and professional, I made my appts and every place I called was great, staff was very sweet and super informational about everything! I like you can email doctors staff and they get back to you!jeepjoey80
Very friendly system!
I love NorthShoreConnect! It is a very friendly tool and I can make all the appointments way in advance. I like that I can contact my Physicians as well through this tool. The menu is very easy to navigate as well.Querubine
Booking online appointment
I am very pleased with the providers and staff for the NorthShore network but the one thing I not pleased at all is when trying g to make an appointment online for an US. You provide all the information that is required for the appointment but the end of the different fields it will give you a message. Unable to set an appointment, meanwhile I call to schedule the appointment and the wait time is 20 minutes. There is got to be a better way to schedule radiology appointments. Oh the system estimate the waiting time but it turns out to be way longer by like 15 than the estimate time.Show lessBetsy 87
